We went to Ruby Tuesday's today, and we're probably never going to come back. We walked in the host wasn't even at the counter and the lobby was filled with waiting people, finally the host came up and told us to wait 10-15 minutes, in all we waited 25 minutes, the funny thing is I went to the bathroom and walked by the dinning room, it was completely empty! All there was were empty dirty tables and waiters just sitting and chatting away. The host took us to a dirty table and kept giving us looks and a bad attitude, she was very rude. The food was wonderful! The service was horrible, and the restaurant was very dirty. |

We recently tried Ruby Tuesday's brunch and were very impressed! The hot biscuits were yummy, and there were many choices for the main meal and sides. The servings were generous - bring an appetite. Service was prompt and friendly. We'll be back! |

This was a truly great dining experience. Fast and friendly service with delicious food. This franchise as surly outdone itself in the Palm Coast area. Being from New York, me and my friend both concur that, after a recent visit to the Palm Coast area, that Ruby Tuesdays has made into our personal top three choices for dining. Service, food, ambiance, and price - all fabulous! |

This evening we had dinner at Ruby Tuesday and it was great. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. We were greeted by a very friendly employee and seated at a table. Our waiter, Gary was very pleasant, friendly and helpful in answering our questions that we had about the choices in the menu. He was very fast in bringing out our drinks and a pleasant smile from the waiter always makes it a good evening. I had the New England Clam Chowder, House Salad which was very large, and the Salmon and Shrimp dinner with Broccoli and Rice which was great. Finished it all.. My wife had Chicken Quesadillas and sister in law had Tilapia with Shrimp. No complaints from any one. 2 doggie bags but not me. Great for the meal, service and Gary. Will be sure to return. |

We had a very disappointing experience here this evening. Had a coupon so we decided to visit, Bad idea! Salad bar greens look like buzzards had been at them, no fresh greens and what was there was browning. Should have known the rest of the meal was going to be just as disappointing. Ordered a 9 oz peppercorn sirloin (medium well) and a 10oz sirloin (medium rare). What we got was an 8 oz peppercorn (medium rare) and an 5 oz (medium well) sirloin. Waitress didn't have much to say except, sorry, we have a new cook, I'm going to have a talk with him (yeah right). No baked potatoes or broccoli available.
Ordered a house red and was told the brand name, asked if there was a Cab and she quoted another brand name, what I got was very nice but turned out to be a premium, not a house ($8 vice $5).
I have never felt "ripped off" there before but feel like it this time. Won't be back, would have preferred spending more somewhere else rather than use a coupon for this sorry meal. |

We've ordered take out many times from this restaurant and every time something has been wrong. This time we called and complained to the manager we did have to go back and pick up the new order but the manager was really nice about it. The waiter that deals with the carryout here though sat inside and gave us the evil eye when we returned to pick up the replacement. The manager was really great though and took care of the mistake. If it wasn't for him the star rating would have been much lower. |

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant in Palm Coast. I received a VIP invitation from a friend so I figured I would give it a shot even though in the past the service was questionable. WOW what a difference!!! Huge improvements. The invitation I had expired on Oct 7th, but they gladly accepted and told me that the deadline was extended until Oct. 21.Not sure if there was a change in management, but the staff seemed very happy. They now KNOW their job. I asked about several rumors that they were closing and I was assured by the server and the manager, Tim, that this was NOT TRUE. Thank You, because of great food, great service - They just made a regular! |

I have visited Ruby Tuesday twice on separate occasions. Once for dinner, and another most recently for lunch. After 5pm, I found the service very poor. The waitress was kind, but forgot items that we asked for on numerous times. We were seated by the bar and seemed to be the hangout for the staff. Also, the salad bar was scarce. It took almost half an hour for them to finally fill and replenish the salad bar.
During the lunch hour, I found better, quick service. The wait staff were on the ball and quick to make sure we got what we ordered. Both times I have been pleased with the food. And will visit this place again. |

My husband and I decided to go in for a late night dinner last night. We thought since it was after 9pm we should have no problem getting quick service since we were starving! However, we were wrong. Our server ignored us while we sat there for a good 10 minutes before she came over and took our order. Then she disappeared plopped down our drinks and sat down to eat a plate of pasta and play on her cell phone! I have no problem with an employee eating because we all get hungry, however, she did nothing for us while another girl catered to our every need. Then when "our" server came to bring the check and all I wanted to do was laugh. |

The food was quite good but the service was very strange. It's hard to explain, but our server was not quite "together". She was very lapse and made several off the wall comments. They have a new menu here too, with several of our old favorites now gone! |

Just made a stop at the local Ruby Tuesday's tonight. It's been awhile since we've been and we were quite pleased with the new look. The staff looked wonderful and everyone smiled and was very pleasant. The new menu was great with a lot of new items to choose from. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and kept our flavored drinks filled. I'll definitely be stopping by more often. |

We had a late (10:30) dinner tonight. Hostess was friendly and cheerful. Food was really good although one of the side items was not hot. When I brought it to the servers attention, she rectified the situation immediately by bringing another portion that was hot. Portions were big and the salad bar was well maintained even though it was late. Service was attentive without being overdone. The only negative was the restroom which was dirty and smelled really bad. |

We ate there one evening with the kids. Service was excellent and the place was very clean. Great salad bar and a wicked quiche. My husband had the chicken with asparagus, lovely. Kids food was good. Nice atmosphere, great food. We will definitely go back. |

Love the salad bar! Burgers are made just the way you want them, fries are very yummy and are always hot :). Lately staff has been nicer then usual WHICH IS A BIG PLUS. Too bad they do not have 2 for 1 drink anymore. Their bathrooms are usually dirty and smelly BIG MINUS. |

Hostess barely acknowledged us (no smile either).....many tables available, but was taken to dark, tiny table (would have been okay if the place had been crowded, but it was mid afternoon with few diners. We requested another table near window with sunlight (it was so cold, and dark)......the hostess (still not smiling) grabbed the menus and took us to a table overlooking a window...however, it needed cleaning. She said she would wipe it off and disappeared to get a cloth. Our server was cheerful, and saved the day. She did a good job. The food was okay, but overpriced. It was a salmon sandwich with fries for $13. Oh well. |

Disappointing service recently. We used to like this location but it has become worse over the past couple of months. The servers seem very poorly managed and lazy. We tend to eat out later in the evening and the servers seem to congregate and chat instead of serving. |

Filthy dishes, poor service and a hang out for kids. Over the past year this place has potted. Service is very bad with only one exception and that was a young man named Daniel. The last two times we went, the dishes had a film on them. Daniel resolved this on the next to last visit by hand washing the dishes or having them hand washed. On the last visit there was dried food on my grand daughters plate. The manager, a slob by appearance, is non responsive to concerns and if you ask to speak to the manager, forget it. We wrote a letter on the Corp. website and she called and left a message telling us if we would like to speak to her, to call her back. Sorry Palm Coast, this place is awful. |

Being from the West Coast, where there are hardly any of these restaurants and only visiting one Ruby Tuesday in all our travels within the US and not having a good experience, we were very reluctant to try the local one in Palm Coast. But what a wonderful surprise, as the restaurant was very nicely furnished, sparkling clean, with a great menu and friendly staff. The salad bar is quite nice and on the two visits so far, we had top quality food, nicely prepared, served quickly and delivered piping hot to the table by very friendly and attentive servers. Ruby Tuesday, will see you again soon. |

I hadn't attended Ruby Tuesday's in quite some time, due to past experiences. Servers were rude, the food took hours and it wasn't worth the wait either. However, a friend of mine was in town and was craving their French onion soup. So I agreed to go and give them one last try. I was surprised to see the menu changed and the food came out quick. We had a wonderful server and when I asked how long she had been working here she said almost a year, but she usually hosts. She was a pretty blonde and quite young, but she always smiled and knew what she was doing. I will always ask for her. Keep it up Ruby's. |

Thanks Ruby's. We had a very pleasant experience. I guess it all depends on who is working the day you happen to be there. Food was good and reasonably priced. We had been traveling for hours and it was a welcomed respite. We will call in again on our way home. |

I took my family of five here for dinner. The service was poor and disrespectful. I ordered a salad bar for myself and began to share some small tomatoes with my five yr old daughter .She was the only child under the age of 18, a waitress verbally attacked me about sharing my salad with my child. I can understand the rule about adults not sharing the salad bar . But as a parent if I want to take something off my plate that I'm paying for, who gives them the right to say I can't let my youngest child have some. The rest of the dinner was served and we got rude stares and unpleasant attitude from the staff. I will never go back to this establishment. |

Disappointing! Service was slow and not very efficient. The food on the menu reads and looks very good but when it arrives is a big disappointment and doesn't match the menu's description. The salad bar is OK. Ruby Tuesday's may be good for a sandwich at lunch but I couldn't recommend it for dinner. |

I am sorry to say that I have to agree with most of the bad reviews here. I just don't understand why they can get competent friendly help here.... Tracy works very hard here but the manager cant do it all. The food comes out poorly prepared with missing items and sometimes it's hot sometimes it's cold. I always feel rushed when I eat here and the staff seem more intent on talking with each other than taking care of the clientele.
We did have one waitress who was more mature and her service was very good, but last time we went she had left to go work at Outback. Sigh! |

I have been going to this place every once in a while since it opened. When it first opened, service was really good along with the food. Now, it is much worse, and seems to not get any better. I stopped going to this place about 4 months ago due to the bad service and the food order always not being right, and the dishes missing items that are on the menu, and of course the story always is "we are out of this item". This excuse is fine every once in a while, but not every single week. Anyway, yesterday I decided to give it one last try... and not to my surprise the service was still horrible and the food was not right! I would expect this from McDonald's, but not a place like this where you are paying allot more for the food! It will be nice when the competition comes into town and hopefully soon. |

I would like to respond to the review below this one: my wife and I have been eating there for over two years now, and I can tell you that they have never featured a Chicken Alfredo entree. I would think a waitress would know how to read a menu, but then maybe they don't teach you that at Hooters.
As far as my own recent dining experience, recently we tried something new and got the crabcake. I was very impressed with the quality and the price. It may be a tad bit smaller than a Barbara Jeans' crabcake, but it is much cheaper, with larger chunks of crab. |

I went to Ruby Tuesdays a couple of months back here in Palm Coast.... and I'm usually not one of those complainers that gets online and write dumb rude comments because they have nothing better to do with their time. I used to be a server at Hooters in Daytona, So I totally understand the meaning of "busy" but, on the other hand we went in on a Sat. night after church to have dinner my mom and I and she ordered Chic. Alfredo.... when she got her meal it was CLEARLY chicken parm.... being the exact opposite of chic. alfredo.... and when she questioned the server he responded by saying, "it's the new way we do it".... hahaha that is the funniest thing I've ever heard. Just thought I'd share with you our latest experience..... Also another thing you may want to work on is seeing that the customers have their silverware BEFORE their dinner and apps come out.;

Every time I go to Ruby Tuesday's (because there is nowhere else open besides Denny's and Steak and Shake) the service is horrible. The servers don't pay attention to you and you sit without a drink usually for at least 10-15 minutes. The food is often cold or not cooked right every time. The servers are always sitting around on the other side of the dining room. They are not attentive and never come back leaving you sitting for a long time. They need to retrain these lazy servers. |

Went there the other night to find their whole menu has been changed. They have some inventive and 'gourmet' new items. My friend had a tomato basil mozzarella salad as his side item, and he said the new crabcake was delicious. I had their ribs, which must be the best ribs I have ever had anywhere. They got rid of their coleslaw (GOOD RIDDANCE!) and so I got a baked potato, which was delicious. I've read peoples' complaints about service and atmosphere before, and sure, I saw some immaturity in the young staff, but overall that's what is to be expected. It is a family restaurant. Our server, Brett, was a young man who treated us with so much respect that I thought I was in a fine dining restaurant. He was incredibly gracious and attentive. It was an amazing experience. |

I went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner the other night and I will never go back! The food was terrible,the service was terrible and so was get this.....the manager was terrible. Sherece approached our table in a rude way and talked to me like I was a child. I am 36 years old and I thought it was unprofessional and extremely rude! She didn't even apologize she just took off the food I was complaining about off my check. I didn't want anything for free I just wanted what I ordered. So if you want free food, bad service and rude managers then go to Ruby Tuesdays! |

Service definitely lacks here and has been slow at best. Menu choices are quite broad but the food failed to impress. We found the items under seasoned and not too appealing. I'll tolerate mediocre service of the food is good, but for equally mediocre food, I'll just pass on Ruby Tuesday from now on. |

I have tied to like Ruby Tuesday but I just feel it is below par in terms of food and service. The food looks and sounds wonderful on the menu but when it arrives it's bland and under seasoned. Their steaks are not the best of quality and lack any real flavor. The service was good on one visit and poor the other times. I feel this restaurant is only popular due to the lack of competition in the area and its popularity will subside once others open. |

We eat there at least once a week and the service has always been good as well as the food. I read a lot of reviews that state the food is bland and has no taste however realize that Ruby Tuesday is part of a bigger chain where their menu is mandatated by the corporate office. How do you expect them to control that? I will continue to eat there, prices are affordable and the service is what you expect in Palm Coast... no better, no worse. |

I've gone multiple times and don't know why we continue to go. The service is usually horrible, unfriendly, slow and the food always tastes like it has been sitting in the window for too long. I am a waitress, worked in corporate restaurants and this is horrible. Worst time was when the 2 waitresses sharing a section fought over my table. In front of my sister and myself they argued that they didn't want to take us. We're paying your bills, why wouldn't you want to WAIT on a table if you're a waitress? |

Not happy with this Ruby Tuesday at all. Where we came from the Ruby Tuesday was great and a favorite place. The service at this one is very poor. We waited forever for the meal to come the three times we have gone. Last time we ate there I ordered those little hamburgers that come in 4's. They brought them to the table refridge cold. Biting into a cold hamburger - not pleasant. No apology. Hope they can get better management and help here. |

I always enjoyed going to Ruby Tuesdays, but my experience there was horrible. I ordered French onion soup, when it came out, the cheese was burnt, my meal tasted like they took it out of a can from Winn Dixie... I don't know how many times we asked for more soda and we didn't get it till 15 min later... I wouldn't go there again if it were the last place in town. |

I've been there a few times with my family and after the last visit we decided that was the last time. It really seems like each experience is worse than the previous one. We always wait too long for our food, our severs don't check back with us as often as they should, and there is no changing station in the bathrooms for my 10 month old. The waitress explained that it was because of a lawsuit, but there are ways to accomodate parents and babies. Not having a changing station or facilitly at all is absurdity. We find the restaurant to be inconvenient while the quality of food and service is not worth returning for. |

BLEH! I can't stand Ruby Tuesdays! I just absolutely refuse to eat there again. Being that it was the new restaurant in town, we have dined there on several occassions. The service is sometimes good, sometimes horrible. But the problem is - the food! ICK! For some reason, it seems that Ruby Tuesdays will take something that everyone loves, and try to put a twist on it - make it different. And guess what, everyone loves it cause its good, when you do something freaky to it, it doesn't taste better, just weird. Also, the air conditioning is always set to arctic freezer and my children actually have to wear coats when we go to dinner there. After our last icky meal there, I said that I would never again there ever again!!! BLEH! |

Maybe I was expecting too much form the PC Ruby Tuesday as I have been in many RT's through out FL, but the food was VERY bland. Maybe I am a sucker for punishment but I have been there three times and each time I was very disappointed. The service is not bad but the food just had no flavor to me. Their two for one drafts is a joke as they serve both at the same time. I asked for one at a time but I was infromed that is how they serve them. You would figure that one is going to get warm, but the mugs are maybe 8 ounce glasses so it is not likeyour average 16 oz draft and the price is more thatn any other local resturant or bar. For a popular franchise you would expect more but I think I have had better meals at just about every other restaurant in PC. |

My husband and myself have been to Ruby's many times and have found the experience to be very good almost all of the time, I guess you could call us "regulars" Tim the manager, Stephanie, Renee and Maria are all excellent servers, we ask for them anytime we go in. Would recomend it to everyone! |

I go there about once or twice a month and it's good all the time. About 2 weeks ago, I went with a large crowd and everything was well, drinks were staying refilled and food was fresh. To the people who don't like gratuity added on to there bill with a large crowd should go on separate bills. I know that with large crowds a gratuity is added and that is fine. I know that we all had separate bill, but they had the gratuity on each one. The server asked us if we wanted if off, and we said no because it was a large party. I really thought that was good of her to ask if we wanted it off. I like everything about their restaurant. I will keep on going there. |

We will not go back! I called ahead because we had a large party (11). The young lady who answered the phone told me they didn't take reservations and I said that was fine but here is your warning that we are coming. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived they had a table all prepared for us. That was the end of our good service. It took forever to get everything. All the steaks were cooked wrong. My Mother didn't even get her food until everyone else was finished eating. The manager brought out the corrected steaks and made sure that they were fine before he left the table. They were not at all busy. Why did everything take so long? Then the company had the audacity to add a gratuity to my bill. I prefer to be able to choose for myself how good or bad the service was and tip accordingly. When I waited tables your tip was your comment card. The waitress was either very new or incapable of remembering anything, but she was very friendly. The prices are just too much for young families in the area. But the portions are nice compared to some other restaurants. |

Each time I go back to this particular Ruby Tuesday I am happier. The servers are always great w/my kids. We went one night last week for dinner & my daughter made a total mess & threw her books on the floor & we forgot them. The server (Maria) came running out w/the books for us. She was super nice & even remembered both of my kids names. She made the experience very pleasant. I think their prices are reasonable & I find that their servings are plentiful. I love their salad bar - it's my favorite! |

Definelty improved since my last visit. Server was good although a little forgetful. Our burgers and sandwiches were very good and they have quite a wide variety to chose from. Onion straws were either old or overcooked. |

I was recently told about this website, so I decided to check it out. After reading mxed reviews on this Ruby Tuesday restaurant I figured I would give it a shot. I am new to town and come from a city that is overloaded with restaurants, so I have a lot to compare to. I have to say that I was very impressed. I went in on 2 occasions, once for lunch and I met a couple of friends for dinner. Both were great. Good atmosphere, great people, and excellent food. In my book this restaurant is top notch. If you have had a bad expierence in the past I urge you to try it again for the first time. The manager told me that with the new management team and a lot of great servers, things are moving in the right direction. |

The food was not too good especially for the price. Service was ok but felt very uncomfortable sitting for lunch in an enviroment where the young staff talk alittle loud around customers using profanity and talking about one another and who is sleeping with the manager for a raise. To me this is very unprofessional and shouldn't be discussed around customer's. Seems to be a place used more for a hangout than a pleasant dining experience! |

The food and service was so so. Our server was quite attentive but lacked any enthusiasm. The salad bar is very difficult to use. Being 6' tall I had to almost bend over double to reach the items and picking items up such as potato salad with small tongs was near impossible. |

Ruby is a great place to go for lunch, dinner, and drinks. Young staff is polite and professional but fun. I go there for lunch almost every day and never have bad meal. Management team is top notch and serveers are great. Servers and bartenders understand that my co-workers and I have an hour for lunch so after the fourth time going our drinks are ready as soon as we walk in and they usually have our meal narrowed down to three choices by memory. They care about there customers. The only people that might complain about Ruby are the older people in our community that only care about the ever so important "early bird special" |

I was terribly dissapointed in the service on more than one occasion at the bar during lunch. Last Wednesday I was not the only one, other customers and even the bartender's fellow co-workers were complaining about what a horrible job she does and questioning why she is even employed there. She was next to impossible to locate, left dirty dishes right next to me from a customer who had finished thier meal long before I did, and even used profanity. One would think that if fellow co-workers aren't happy, customers probably aren't either. |

Recently, a friend from Europe wanted a steak and it was lunch time. Giannas was closed, so we went to Blue but the lunch menu was limited and the service was poor. So we ended up at Ruby Tuesday's at 1 pm on Saturday.
Service was excellent and we were promply seated. The salad bar is the best around. The food was good and reasonably priced. My friend got her steak. I had the fish sandwich, more than I could eat after loading up on the salad bar.
Its the best chain restaurant around and the service and hospitality was better than any local restuarant I have been to in this area. Excellent rating on all counts. |

Ordered curbside pick up, they told me would be ready in 20 mins I got there 5 mins. later then what they said waited 5-10mins started getting out of car and she runs out with my food. Was still hot when I got home but horrible tasting. Actually what taste---none of our meals had any taste what so ever. I got the smokey mountain chicken my husband got the creole catch and they both tasted the same like nothin. They need to get new cook! |

While vacationing & buying a home back in February we went twice. The first visit was less than thrilling. While I'm always happy with their food the service just wasn't great. I remember asking for things a number of times & never having enough napkins (I have 2 toddlers-who ever has enough napkins w/kids?). Our 2nd visit was immediately after buying our house. Maybe it was the drinks or the high we were on after buying a home but the service was excellent. I would have preferred not to sit by the bar but it wasn't a busy time of day. |

I had a bad experience at ruby's and went back to speak to the general manager, Tracy, several days later...to my surprise she did exactly what the manager Mike should have. She apologized and showed us what great service and recovery is all about. we will absolutely revisit her again. i think people are quick to judge bad experiences but never speak up about the good one!! Good job to the upper mgmt. there!!! |

My husband and I enjoy going to Ruby Tuesday's. This is our fourth time and have never been disappointed except for the coffee last Fri. We enjoy having Kelley as our server. She explained to us that it was a malfunction with the coffee maker. Since we're both watching the calories we're happy with some of the choices they offer as well as the salad bar. |

Ruby Tuesday's, for the most part, are just another of the typical American restaurant chains like Chili's, TGIF's, Appleby's, etc. who each present their own take on the same food. Ruby Tuesday also offers a salad bar which makes a nice addition. Unfortunately, this particular branch of Ruby Tuesday lacks in service, food quality, and general customer courtesy. I felt "herded" and hurried as we dined. The food arrived quickly and was clearly put together in haste. Items on the plate overlapped and we had barely eaten two bites when we were presented with the check. It was like eat this quick and get out! I prefer somewhere who cares more about the customer. I'll continue to dine out of Flagler until we can get a restaurant that is on par with the surrounding areas. |

Have tried this place 3 times and was dissapointed each time!! Twice sat in the bar area where the wait staff and the bartender were deep in conversation seemingly oblivious to customers around them. Wait staff is young and innatentive. Had to ask for silverware, was never asked if I needed more to drink(sitting there with an obviously empty glass). The third time I was meeting a friend for lunch and I arrived early. I gave the so called hostess my name and a brief description of my friend. When he arrived he told the hostess he was meeting someone and sat there for 15 minutes. Finally she said, "Why don't you just walk around and look." Never once did she offer any help. On a lighter note the food is not bad (a little pricey) and the salad bar has always been good. |

Went last week, about 8:30M..rush over..hostess doesn't even say "Hello"..just "Two?"(sort of Dinerish)Sat us in bar at a table--no choice given--waited 7 minutes with no one saying hello..female bartender talking to the only two guys at the bar.-all well and good but say "Hello' to us..can I get you a drink while you wait for your server"..(didn't happen)..finally waiter comes over and says "Hi, I'll be with you in a few minutes" and walks away...Guess what? SO DID WE!..Man, doesn't anyone get how restaurant servic works? It is so freaking simple, yet people don't realize how much bad service hurts business. |

I was happpy until i asked my server for a togo box, but he took my food away to put in in a togo box.and another sever walks by and thows a napkin in my food and my server still box it up and gave it to me. Because my husband was with me i did not say anything , when i got home i thew it away and i will not go back there The server told my husband what steak to order and it was not good. My husband will not eat fat and he found a lot of fat on the s steak. |

I thought was just OK. The bread on my sandwich didn't seem too fresh. Service wasn't too bad but the wait to get the check seemed to take forever. We noticed that there was one computer the staff were using and they were all lined up waiting for their turn. Didn't appear to be a very productive situation for them |

Well I finally got around to checking this place out and I was very disapointed. The service was friendly but not very attentive. My sandwich was dry and didn't seem particularly fresh. I was told they had a fantastic salad bar but I guess it had a day off when I was there as it was nothing grand whatsoever! For the overall price, I'd say this is not good value or anything to be excited about at all. |

They are always very friendly, especially Danny and John. They always remember my husband and myself and make sure to stop at our table to say "hi." Horrible service, dirty tables, and cold food are just some of the ingredients in the Ruby Tuesday dining experience. We ordered a childs spaghetti dinner for my son and received a whopping 10 strands of spaghetti.
I almost forgot to mention the entertainment derived from watching servers stand around and talk to each other. It was much more fun than enjoying a hot meal.
Believe it or not, I decided to give this place a second chance. It was worse than the first time. I had to repeatedly ask for a drink, silverware and condiments. Finally I gave up and left. |

I just visited RT and I believe that the restaurant is one of the best that I have attended as far as RT's goes. The atmosphere is great and the decor lovely. Ruby Tuesday is nicely decorated with comfortable seating. It's clean and our server was very good. The menu has a broad selection of items but the food is quite average. Nothing was particularly tasty, just OK. My husband's steak was cooked well but did not have much flavor. I had a fish dish which was also very plain tasting. It looked like it was covered in seasonings and spices but you just couldn't taste them. I would go there again for a sandwich for lunch but that's about it. |

It's okay. Afterall it is just a Ruby Tuesday so don't expect some kind of gourmet reatuarant. It has a nice atmosphere and being just opened it was packed. I thought some of the entree's were quite pricey for what you get. No side salads or side dishes included! They also have they computer used by the wait staff right in the middle and the staff gather there waiting their turn, which makes it very difficult to get to the salad bar or rest rooms if you're seated in that section. |

Good for Palm Coast and a welcome addition. Ruby Tuesday is not anything particularly fantastic though. It's nice building in a eruo-brown and brass bar style and the staff were friendly and efficient. Its menu is varied and there's a salad bar. I had a New Orleans Seafood dinner which was okay, and although plentiful it was quite bland and falvorless. I wish I had gone for one of their sandwiches instead. The salad bar was nothing special. I expected a much greater selection and thought it would be bigger (the mirrors give that impression). |

Went opening night, got sat at 8pm however
it seemed that not only our party but those
around us we not attended to in a timely manner. We finally got out order 30 min later due to new server??? Manager never came over to apologize, but instead sent a trainer. Not good first impression. Many
around us felt the same. Understand new help, but maybe the trainer should work more directly with customer & let trainee
assist. Will wait awhile before returning,
maybe they will be trained by then. |
