Have not been in for quite some time. My wife and I stopped in to have breakfast. Joe, the owner was there as usual as was Barbara, his wife. The service was so quick that it was almost unbelievable. The breakfasts that we ordered were great. The other patrons in the restaurant was very nice and we all were involved in a conversation which made the place feel very "old-home." I really recommend this "diamond in the rough." |

In today's economy, it's nice to have a place to eat that serves fresh, good food for a reasonable price. The meatloaf was tasty, the broccoli cooked perfectly and the service was very friendly and did I mention the reasonable price? We enjoyed our dinner very much! |

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant for a Sunday breakfast. From the outside it didn't truly impress us but the interior was very clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. Breakfast was great. We both enjoyed the breakfast wraps which were so large we each took half of it home. We also enjoyed a biscuit and the coffee. Service was very attentive and pleasant. Will definitely go again for their daily specials which looked wonderful. Prices were good. |

Stopped in on 2/05/09 for breakfast with my wife and her Mom. Had a very good, healthy and excellent cocked breakfast. Waitress, Kathy was excellent as usual. Joe, the owner was as personable as he always is. Restaurant was fairly busy. You should try this establishment, you won't be dissatisfied. |

This restaurant is attractive and very clean. We found the food average but the server way below par. She was rude, ignored us for the most part and never asked us if we wanted refills on the drinks. Our dishes were slammed down on the table and needless to say we did not leave a tip. There are too many good restaurants in this area to be subjected to this type of treatment. |

Had a Sunday brunch at this little hide-away in Bunnell. We have not eaten at this restaurant for some time and we were really surprised of the improvements. The restaurant has been remodeled and the place sparkled. Our party of seven had either breakfast or lunch and all the food was cooked to perfection. The chef salad that I had was excellent and crisp and very filling. While there we met the new owners and they are delightful people. Very accommodating and personable. They are off to a great start, try this little treasure, you won't be disappointed. |

We just returned from having breakfast at the diner. Service was excellent and the food was great. Hubby had a breakfast wrap that was huge and delicious. My omelet was excellent and our coffee cups were never empty. None of this surprises us though, we've been going there to eat for sometime now!
We told the waitress about the positive reviews on FOL and the owner asked me for the website address so he could read them too. Great job in turning an old sad place into a five star eating establishment! |

They've done a good job at fixing this place up and it's now very pleasant and comfortable. Service was a little "rough" but friendly and efficient. The food was very good, and although this is not gourmet cuisine, it's very tasty, plentiful and fresh. This has been a restaurant in Bunnell for many many years and I'm glad it's being carried on by someone who cares about it. |

I stumbled on to this little place on Sunday morning. What a delightful surprise. The food was delish and the portions were generous, last but not least, our waitress was very attentive to our needs and the prices were unbelievably low. I will keep going back to this great little place.I wish it were open for dinner. |

This place is Flagler's little secret. Food is all freshly made with nothing out of a box! Breakfast is served all day! Perfect little alcove for cozy private meetings or family get together's. Original art hanging throughout and recent redecorating makes it feel fresh and new. Service was prompt and attentive but not hovering. Really a neat and convenient place to meet friends or for a quick breakfast or lunch. |

Shocked how nice we found the decor and how clean the bathroom was. The food was just great,I had a Turkey club on rye and it was made with freshly cooked turkey and bacon with a side of coleslaw. The service was good and we were not pushed to eat and leave. My friends and I really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. |

Good for a classic Southern American breakfast. A little on the greasy spoon side but it's not bad for a working lunch and service is quick and friendly. Cheap! |
