Our unique methodology of custom construction yields a quality home for the discerning Owner. We manage and construct only one project at a time which provides the Owner 100% of our expertise during all phases of construction.
We charge a fixed fee of only 12% of the estimated construction cost. The Owner pays all subcontractors and material suppliers directly allowing the Owner to see actual cost of construction.
