A group of us had supper this week at A&L and it was great. Prices were very reasonable and the portions were adequate. Atmosphere wasn't bad for a "Deli" and the staff was friendly and they look to please. We would never have gone for supper because we thought they only served sandwiches "deli" but friends mentioned that they also served complete dinners so we're glad we tried it. We will be back |

Very good sandwiches at reasonable prices but service can be slow at times though. A&L is no longer the deli it used to be but has shifted to more of a sanwich and coffee shop. |

I don't like the new layout here. It's not the deli style place it used to be. The sandwich I had was good but I used to like to see the meats and cheeses, etc. |

We absolutely loved this quaint little sandwich shop. With 4 kids, its hard to get something that pleases everyone but we did, easily, and got a warm, friendly greeting from the 2 ladies acting as our waitresses and hostesses. We enjoyed the veggie sub, the huge tuna salad, the turkey, and the club. It was great and we'll definitely be back. |

I LOVE A&L Deli. Their 6' subs are the same size as a whole sub at Publix and they taste great, too! I would recommend this place to anyone. I just wish they delivered. |

Pretty good sandwiches. Some of their hot sandwiches can be a bit "sloppy" at times but their cold subs are good value. Friendly service and good prices. |

Wow, I can't get over the size of the sandwiches A&L serves! There is enough meat in there for 2 sandwiches. Salads are wonderful as well. Love this place for lunch! |

Ate here on Sat. at noon time. They have by far the best deli sandwiches around. My mother had a fresh roast beef sandwich that the owner Susan cooked herself. I had a chicken salad plate that was freshly made. Excellent quality. Good coffee too. My relatives ate here a few weeks ago and loved the fresh corned-beef and pastrami sandwiches. A few cops were eating there so you know the food has got to be good. |

My husband and I went in for lunch. We were very pleased to see that the locals eat at A & L. At 1:00 most of the tables were filled. This was the first time we were there, and will definitely come back. The staff was friendly and willing to please. The owner, Susan, makes all the food on the premises. We had a chance to speak to Susan, and she also does catering. There were 3 folks ordering food for different occasions while we were there. My husband and I shared a Greek Salad, and a corned beef on lightly grilled rye toast with mustard. The corned beef is lean, and the sandwich is very tasty. Portions are large. We also had a great cup of coffee. Try it, you will like it! |

I loved this place and have eaten here many, many times over the past year. But it has gotten progressively worse and finally, we will no longer patronize this place. I don't like being ignored when I go into a place, every sandwich we order is wrong... things missing, not what we ordered, etc. They really need to improve their act. |

I never got the chance to eat the food because I was scared off by how unsanitary it seemed when I walked in. Their was chicken salad just sitting out and I am pretty sure anything made with mayo should be kept refrigerated. Also, a customer was ordering in the deli and had bare feet. It totally grossed me out. |

I recently stopped at A&l just by chance. Lucky me. You just cant imagine how big their heros are. Overflowing with whatever you want. Their cold salads are great. Try their home made stuffed cabbage. REALLY good. The young man who serves the hot food named John, is a really personable kid. Good for business. Just try it once and you will be hooked. Truly one of Palm Coasts best kept secrets. They also deliver. |

The food was ok, a little cold. They need to clean the place more. Very dirty tables and floor. That's the worst thing for the restaurant. |

I'm from out of town - but whenever I'm in Palm Coast, I ALWAYS eat at A&L! There's nothing like it anywhere! For catered affairs, the eggplant rolotini and lasagne are the best ever! Wolf is the best NY cook in business in FL. Don't miss out on a great, huge, reasonably priced lunch! |

Living on the other side of the bridge, it is not particularly convenient to make the drive to A & L... but it's something I find myself willingly doing. Fresh ingredients, LOTS of top-quality meat, and excellent in every way! Sometimes I wake up find myself eagerly anticipating lunch so I can get one of their HUGE subs....and then have plenty left to enjoy later. Definitely a WINNER! |

A & L serves the best sandwiches in town. Their prosciutto sub, on French bread includes a full half pound of meat and is more than one person can handle at one sitting. The price of $5.25 is a bargain. Other subs are comparably priced. Their take out meals which include stuffed cabbage, chicken cacciatore, sausage and peppers, meatballs and more have solved the "what's for lunch" problem. Keep up the good work. |
