I think it depends on what time of day you go. Mornings at the drive thru are great! However, sometimes when the owners or managers are there I feel like I am being used rather than being served. Strange.. but they give the impression that they are better than you or something. I too have noticed I was overcharged.. price didn't match that of the menu and it was more than the shell DnD, which I prefer over this one anytime. The coffee and the staff is 100% worth my drive over the bridge if I am craving a DnD coffee. It's not always terrible, like I said depends on the time of day. |

Not very friendly or inviting. The donuts and coffee are typical of most Dunkin's but the attitude of the staff and they way they treat you is disappointing. I like to feel a little appreciated as a customer, not an inconvenience! |

I give it five stars for coffee and food, but 1 star for service. I called their HQ to complain that they constantly overcharge. A large sandwich combo comes to $4.80 with tax, but they charged me over $5.50. When I questioned the girl, she had no clue what to do. So she went and got, not a manager, but another employee. The employee told me that the prices were changed in the register, but not on the menu. I told him they are supposed to charge what's on the menu. He told me there was nothing he could do, so the manager came over. I finally was charged the correct total.
Also, don't expect to see a manager there after 12:00. I tried buying gift certificates last year, and was told that only the manager could sell them, and he/she was only there at the time when most of us working people are at work. |

Rude and very unappreciative staff especially at the drive thru. Visit the Dunkin Donuts at the Shell gas station instead. |

I must say this location is extremely busy and as I believe my patience gets tested at times, the service over all has been OUTSTANDING!
My order has not changed since we have moved down here and can say at first it would come to me incorrect however the employees grow to know their customers and eventually get it right!
I love my coffee from this location and the service has been OUTSTANDING A.M. and P.M.!
Sometimes we as humans have bad days and need to take that into consideration. No one is perfect nor needs to be job less?

I have been going there since they have open .and yes at first it was not great but now I must say all I have to do is say my name and they get my order and it is always right ..I love this place. I hope that one person that will not make it go away try them again I am sure that someone may be having a bad day that does happen. |

This place is gross. The coffee drinks taste really bad, this place is defanatly no starbucks or anything close! The staff is never friendly, and rude. Maybe some new managment would be good for them. I will be very happy when the new starbucks opens and hopefully it will stay open later than the in store one. Once it opens this dunkin donuts will for sure have a huge loss in business! |

I absolutely hate this place, and will never go back! They have the most RUDE people through the drive-through, and they never get my order right. I politely asked the girl if they put the vanilla in my latte and she shook her hand in my face and said "If you asked for it!" I will be calling corporate today. I would love to see that place have a change of management and staff or be shut down and have those people all be jobless...none of them ever better come to me looking for a job. Good ol' Karma will get them in the end. |

The donuts and food are typical of this chain but this particular branch has the rudest staff ever. I'll just visit the Dunkin Donuts in the gas station for my fix and not visit this one again. Also, the coffee here is nothing like other Dunkin's!!?? |

All I can say is don't trust the prices on the menus- I have ordered three different items, each time the actual price (before tax) was more than the menu said. And oh, .99 cents for a Tablespoon of cream cheese is riduclous! Please someone open a Krispy Kreme!!! |

Coffee is always good, however, they no longer butter/cream cheese your bagels when ordered through the drive-thru. They throw the bagels in the bag with a knife and a few pats of butter. It's really inconvenient to have to pull into a parking spot and butter my bagel on top of the fact that your car gets filthy in the meantime from all the seeds. When people go through the drive-thru, it's typically b/c there are time constraints, doesn't this defeat the whole purpose? |

The only thing I would ever eat here is a muffin. I tried the new croissant- it was huge! At least 10 bites of hard, old, way to spicy sausage. The cheese was "fried" off the sandwich and melted onto the wrapped, but the sandwich was void of any. I won't even remark on the doughnuts. Pls- someone open a krispy kreme! |

This was the worst experience I have ever had in any type of eating establishment. The staff went out of their way to be extra rude. The girls at the drive through had terrible manners. I will never go back.. In fact that was my first time going. They messed my order up and when I corrected them. She grabbed the items from me and began complaining about me to the other girls around her. Very unprofessional.. I called the Corporate office and the owner of this store was to call me back. But of course never heard from them. |

This DD store is excellent! The donuts and sandwiches are delicious, and they make my coffee exactly the way I like it. I stop by every single morning and I have always been treated very well. Everyone is friendly, and they make sure you leave the store satisfied. Even when they have long lines the service is fast and accurate. I would highly recommend anyone to visit and have a great cup of joe! |

READING ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS MAKES YOU WONDER WHY THIS PLACE ALWAYS STAYS UNBELIEVABLY BUSY AT ALL TIMES. SEEMS LIKE THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN SOME HUMANLY ERRORS WHICH MIGHT HAVE BEEN UNINTENTIONAL. DUNKIN DONUTS ON PALM COAST PKWY HAS SOMETIMES BEEN HECTIC WITH ME DURING RUSH HOURS BUT OVERALL THEY HAVE BEEN ALWAYS GREAT TO ME AND MY FAMILY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. |

I think this DD store still has room for improvement, but they sure are working hard to be better. the coffee is famous for it's quality and it is never old or stale -- they have actually run out of coffee during one of my morning visits -- and they try really hard to please customers, making your coffee exactly the way you want it (even if they have to dump out your coffee and start all over again!). the people who work there are always friendly and courteous and they try to get your order done as fast as possible. |

I am a huge fan of Dunkin' D's but this location has to be the worst! The coffee (which is usually Dunkin' D's claim to fame in my opinion) is HORRIBLE both times we went. Breakfast sammy was okay but lady at drive thru (with the accent) was rude! |

Every time I have gone here the coffee is lukewarm and they never get the flavors correct. Also, the lid always smells like grease or something and it grosses me out. And they also never put enough cream, sugar, etc..... The doughnuts are fine. One time I got this new latte and it looked nothing like the picture and it had no taste whatsoever. The woman couldn't understand what I was saying and I just threw the whole thing out. The other Dunkin Doughnuts is great. The coffee is always hot and wonderful and they remember you. Doughnuts are good also. I'll stay with them. |

This DD isn't good. I like Hazelnut/French Vanilla and they do not brew their own flavored coffee! They put that gross "flavor shot" into it and it's nasty. The other DD on Old Kings is more personable and they remember what each person always gets; never mind they brew the actual flavors! Way better than the one on the Pkwy. Not sure about the food here, guess it's ok. |

I have been waiting for them to open for 2 years, and they finally have! I love Baskin Robbins ice cream, and both times I have been already, they have been wonderful and courteous. |

Ive been to the new dunkins about 10 times, & for a new place they are doing good. We were offered free "munchkins" to try & they were delicious. They always have fresh bagels, and I think with time the service will get better! The baskin Robins is also just what Palm Coast needed! I will continue to visit as often as I can! |
