My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal here at 6 pm on June 16. Price is very reasonable, place is super clean. Proprietor has added a number of personal recipe touches to this American favorite with special toppings. A great deal in particular if you are stopping by in need of a quick lunch to take to the beach. Great Ice Cream sandwiches for dessert. |

I've been vacationing in Flagler Beach for many years and this is one of the best dining experiences to date. Wonderful hot dog, great atmosphere, and the standard of service and friendliness by which all restaurants should be judged by. Will definitely be back soon. |

First trip today. What a charming place. The food was great and the service reminded me of going to Grandmother's house. Both my husband and I was so pleased. We are now attempting to decide what to have next visit. (smile) I am so glad we do not live any closer. |

I stopped working and drove from Palm Coast just to get one of the Captains broom handles (with chilli). Love the dogs, Cappy! |

FIVE stars all around. It doesn't get any better than this: beautiful ocean views, excellent food and service, spotless surroundings and wonderful owners. Missy and Lou make you feel as if you have entered their own home with their friendly and welcoming manner. Pass the word.....Captain Kraut's Galley is TOPS. |

Just what the beachside needs! Friendly service, fun atmosphere, absolutely delicious food, and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! What a fun spin on hot dogs- you can get anything you want at this place- they also have specialty sandwiches daily. Not only was the food good, the ocean views from the outside dining area makes you want to stay for a while. I'll be back! |

What a great place!! My wife and I, along with our two children were swimming at the Flagler pier and decided to take a walk. We discovered a wonderful out door restaurant "Captain Kraut's". I had the daily special which was a shrimp sandwich and the kids had a couple of hotdogs. The food was excellent. There was a husband and wife who are the owners I can't remember their names but they made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back. |

What a fun and adorable place! The decor is sunny, nautical and very clean, with a great view of the Atlantic across the street....Grab a dog and dine alfresco in the front lot or down on the beach. Large portions, wide variety and reasonable prices make this a must-stop place to grab a bite to eat (my favorite was the Landlubber's Dog). Daily specials and alternatives are available to those who are not hotdog fans. The friendly owners make you feel like old friends. We will definitely drop by there next time we're in our favorite seaside town :) |

We stopped at Captain Kraut's for lunch during a recent trip to Florida. What a nice alternative to the usual fast food! Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, the hot dogs were excellent, and the place is absolutely spotless! We can't wait for our next trip to Florida - Captain Kraut's Galley will definitely be a destination. |

This is a nice alternative to the usual food choices in Flagler Beach. It's a fun place with very friendly service and reasonable prices. Its dogs are very tasty and come in many varieties. |
