We love this place. We always look for Cracker Barrels while traveling. We ate at this one a lot back in April 09 when we were here picking out our house. The food is always very good, consistently good quantities and good prices. I love the store too! We give this place an A+ |

I avoided this chain for years ever since the big scandal was aired on Oprah about the CEO/Owner firing anyone they FELT was gay, people that are obviously outward gay, perhaps in their manner/speech, etc, which is also just stereotypes are only 10% of the gay population, the other 90% are presumed "Straight" therefore society thinks that the femininity is the ONLY way gay's act, ANYWAY, by the way, I'm not gay. Because my grandmother lives here, I begin taking her and have to admit, love the general store. I've been about 6 times only because she LIKED it and EVERY single time I was freezing!! and I have high blood pressure and am usually so HOT. The food was bad the first trip and got worst over the last few months. the last few times it looked "Messy" and actually looked like it was scraped off another plate, REALLY, and did so this last time, like the plate was on a bad turbulent flight out of Iraq! Even my grandmother has decided never to visit again. At 97 years old, her wit is still intact when telling the waitress that maybe the food would be better if they DID hire more gay people since they take more pride in what they do then the average person. I had to laugh, but I have to concur, besides it 2009!! |

What can you say about a chain that still produces like home quality food and atmosphere?!!? This place is incredible! The nostalgic feel of the place along with the great country store that takes you back to a simpler time, ( it's a shame the prices aren't of yesteryear, right??). Back to the food...start with dessert...they have a Coca-Cola chocolate cake that will put you straight in heaven!! They serve it with ice cream but it really doesn't need any. It is rich and moist and just incredible! Dinner was excellent also, but you might want to start with the cake, and possibly end with it too! The food genuinely tastes like home made, the type that grandma used to make. If you haven't, you must try this place! |

My family and I enjoy coming to eat here,I don't care much for the breakfast portion of the menu, but they have the best soups and grilled chicken salad around. Anytime we've been unhappy, the managers always fix it, they seem to run a tight ship .Even if you are unable to stay for a meal their gift shop offers the most darling novelties as well as holiday themed gifts and decorations, the gift wrapping is free. Not the cheapest restaurant for the size of their portions, overall, it's a good place to eat when you want to feel a little country. |

I don't understand what people see in the Cracker Barrel. To me, its food is bland, flavorless, fatty and way too overcooked. There are so many better choices in Palm Coast than this! |

The family always enjoys Cracker Barrel for dinner. They have a wide variety of home-style meals and the service is always very friendly. My only complaint is that the check-out line can be very slow at times. The store is always fun to browse around too. |

This place is great! They are very friendly and the food is always consistant and great! I usually go to this place once a week, wether its take out or dinning. The staff is great, and the store is very nice with a bunch of great stuff at a reasonable price and the staff is very helpful if you should have any questions, allot of times you will not even need to approach them, they aproach you first! |

Good food, Good service, and YES the veggies are cooked to death as all "country" veggies are! Yum! For those who complain about saltiness, overcooked veggies, etc. they don't know what country cooking is, obviously! |

Worse place to eat in Palm Coast. Vegetables taste like they came from frozen packs, meatloaf was totally taste like cardboard. I asked the manager why they didn't serve fresh veggies and he admitted they do get their food frozen and that's just how they do it. I always thought Cracker barrel was supposed to have fresh country food. The fish we had was very dry and overcooked. My husband sent that back. Big dissappointment. |

My family and I have been to the PC Cracker Barrel so many times. Everything I have ever had was delish (my most favorite dish is the BLT sandwich and onion rings)! The rest of my family agrees. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. The service has been great everytime we have went in there. It's also tons of fun to go shopping in the store afterwards. YUMMY! |

We came down to Palm Coast from Wisconsin, this was our 3rd trip in a year. Each time we ate at the Cracker Barrel and each time the Service, the people, and the food was excellent. In fact our last trip we walked in at closing time after a 900 miles trip that day and we were tired & hungry. We asked if we could eat- and they more than welcomed us even though they were closing. I will give them 10 Stars for their food, and especially for the people who work at Palm Coast Cracker Barrel. We really like people like you. |

I've been to Cracker Barrel restaurants all over Florida, and this is truly the worst I have experienced. The biscuits were salty and and dry, the eggs were greasy, and the bacon was burnt. Want good Cracker Barrell? Drive the few extra miles to the one on Route 40 in Ormond. |

My husband and I ate breakfast at the Cracker Barrel everyday for the 5 days we were in Palm Coast, checking on our new home. They have wonderful eggs done any way you want them and even eggs inserted into the bread!Their French toast is wonderful and almost too much to manage. If you want crisp bacon..this is the place to go. The ambiance is Country perfect... and breakfast here is about as perfect as it gets! |

I like Cracker Barrell. I like their food, particularly the breakfasts, the service is good, the atmosphere is great. The only downside is there is usually a wait, but heck, they have rockers, so as long as it isn't too cold or too hot out, I am happy to wait to get some good vittles. |

consistency is the key to Cracker Barrel's continued success. Every time we've eaten there for breakfast, lunch or dinner it's always been excellent.
The atmosphere is very comfortable, the staff is genuinely friendly and the service is the best in Palm Coast.
Yes, it can get very busy and you may have to wait, but who really minds waiting when you can stroll down Memory Lane in their gift shop? The gift shop in Cracker Barrel has the best gift selection in the city and the prices are very reasonable.
Their dedication to the Palm Coast Community is to be commended. May they remain in Palm Coast forever |

I forgot to mention that breakfast is served here 24/7, and they are great! I especially like the Sunrise with country (salt cured) ham. With hashbrown casserole, and over-medium eggs. I open a biscuit, lay the eggs on top. Sprinkle some tabasco on that, then pour the gravy over the eggs. Grits on the side to clear my palett, and hot black coffee to wash it all down with. A friendly and efficient server to make sure my cup is always full.
This is one place I make sure I tip well.

Just an update: The two of us eat here and have not been anything but 100% satisfied. Food, service, cleanliness, prices - everything is just great. We eat here once or twice a week, and once a week at Marco Polo's (see my post there). You just can't go wrong at Cracker Barrel. And BTW, the whole resturaunt is now NON-SMOKING, just like Marco Polo's! |

The food is always fresh, hot and tasty as attested to by the cars in the parking lot. The servers are great people who are very experienced and know what to do and when. We eat there 3 times a week and have rarely been disappointed (St Patrick Day corned beef & cabbage and BBQ rib special). |

This is a great place to eat. The food is plentiful and well prepared. Service is excellent and friendly. Prices are reasonable for what you get. The place is clean. Stay away from the smoking areas. You should not eat here if children bother you since this is a warm and friendly family dining place and some children tend to be a little noisy. Many travelers frequent here so people dress very casual. My favorite is the Sunrise breakfast, and the luncheon specials are fantastic. The Christmas Tree and idea of donating presents to needy children is first-class, and it made me feel so good to participate in the giving. |

This restaurant is where I go every two weeks for the past 4 years I have lived in the state of Florida. The service and quality is food is very good. This one waiter named Nick is an excellent and very nice to all customers that he comes across. People like Nick is why people like myself and my fiancé keeps coming back. For more information in detail, I always order the Farm raised Catfish dinner meal, two fish fillets, and three choices of vegetables or side orders, and a sweet ice tea. |

A favorite place to eat. Food is great, servings good and prices very competitive for amount served. A real "drawback" to making this eatery better is the smoking problem. The lattice separating the smoking area just does not do the job folks. Stay as far away from the smoked turkeys as you can. Center tables do not give personal space to be comfortable with table conversations. So, we will come back and be picky about where we sit. |

I have eaten at our local restaurant as well as others throughout the US many times and they are consistently good (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Good food can lose some of it's appeal if the service is sub-par, but I have yet to receive poor service at any Cracker Barrel, even in CT and NY. There is no better place when you are travelling to stop and know that the meal and service will be good, the prices right and the restrooms clean. |
