I just visited this location, 3/19/2008 at about 6PM. The place was not clean..It took 12 minutes from the time I received my receipt until I got my order. In that period everyone in front of me had to either ask for their full order, as some items ordered were missing, or a correction on what was ordered. There were only 12 total customers, to include children, inside, with a crew of 6 working. The manager was filling the orders. He was wiping each tray, as he filled the order., with a blue bucket marked, "sanitary water". The sponge left much to be desired. though. My food was OK, but the atmosphere and service was terrible. There were no "sorry for the service delays" comments given. I won't go back. |

I often visit Burger King for lunch and it's usually very fast and the food is fresh. However, in the evenings it's a diferent story! It can also get quite messy in the dining room. |

I think they need to keep this restaurant a lot cleaner. The floors are always dirty and looking back in the kitchen you can see fries and mess all over the floor. Restrooms need cleaning more often as does the dining area. Service is usually quite fast and most staff are pleasant. The food is like just about any other Burger King. Stars lost for the cleanliness problems. |

I often eat here for lunch. Service is always friendly but it can be slow during peak times. The food is as you'd expect for Burger King but the drink station could use cleaning more often. |

Stars are lost for bad and rude service. During the day most of the staff are quite efficient and pleasant, but at night and on weekends the whole place goes down hill fast. On our last visit we had no niceties or anything, just abrupt service and not even a thank you. I'll go where I'm appreciated. |

This place is horrible! The kid who took my order had a demeanor of I can't be bothered to do anything. No hello, may I take your order? He just stared at me. I ordered an Angus Burger with mayo and ketchup instead of the regular sauce and to keep the other ingredients the same. Well they replaced the sauce but they removed everything else that comes with it. When I brought it back they acted as if was my fault. The guy didn't listen to what I ordered. Why does management keep lazy, rude people there. I guess the term customer service isn't important.
Oh, the place was totally filthy. It wasn't busy, four employees were hanging around the counter area doing nothing and they can't even clean the place up. The manager was busy talking to someone about motorcycles instead of supervising his staff.
The Burger King's motto is "Have it your way" . Well I'll do just that and AVOID THIS PLACE! |

I enjoy BK's salads for lunch, however, lately they have not had any. I can't quite understand why they are selling out before noon. I have also noticed an incredible decline in cleanliness. What you can see from a high truck at the drive thru window is quite horrific! |

I visited the store with my wife around 8 PM Sat night. We couldn't believe how filthy the entire dining area was. The service was no better. I think the health Dept needs to visit this place soon and often. I visited the same restaurant some six months ago with similar negative results. In my experience as a past Burger King store manager and Supervisor, this place needs leadership -- soon to turn it around before someone gets sick. |

I love Burger King! I have been to Burger King's up and down the east coast from Florida to Pa. I have to say that this Burger King is the worst one I have been to. Their service is so slow, they don't get the orders correct, the workers were fooling around & the dining area was dirty. I would go else where if possible. |

I usually like burger king. I went to BK on 100 last night and it was the worst I've ever had. Nuff said. |

I have eaten at this resturant several times. It is so clean and the service is top notch. This fast food resturant beats alot of the full service ones around here for quality of service. |

As a fast food burger joint, this place rates excellent in its class.
I like to get the double whopper with fries and coffee, king-size combo, once a month. What can I say? I love it. If my wife finds out, she's going to kill me. |
