The Colonel would roll over in his grave if he saw this place. Food quality is marginal and service is nothing to get excited about. There is better chicken to be had at other restaurants. It's a good thing there is a McDonalds nearby. |

Yesterday I stopped by the KFC to get a late lunch. I went through the drive-up and the person taking my order could not understand what I was asking. I was trying to find out the difference between the size of the regular meal bowl versus the small snack meal bowl. When I arrived at the window, the fast food attendant was obviously very annoyed. The manager came to the window and was extremely rude when she changed my order from the normal size to the snack size. After I arrived home, I opened the lid of the small snack size bowl and was shocked! There was no gravy and only the bottom 1/4 of the container had food in it. I contacted corporate offices to report this incidence. It has been 2-3 years since I have stopped at KFC because of poor customer service, now I may never go back. The customer representative at corporate told me that a senior area manager will contact me. As of yet, I have not heard anything from anyone. This KFC is suffering from good quality customer service, very poor management, uninformed food service employees, poor attitudes, and food portion issues! |

Never liked the place since it was built, but sometimes I drive thru for others. I asked for one 3 piece ALL BREAST(Said I would pay the difference)original and a 2 piece original. Was told that they only had enough for two 2 piece and it was only dark meat, so I said fine, since it wasn't for me anyway and knew that the two I was getting it for didn't care, BUT when I got home and thought about the price I realized they charged me for a 3 piece ALL breast dinner and a 2 piece all breast dinner, two meals, no drinks for $18!!!! Was my own fault for not noticing, and THEN the dark meat was wings and I THINK a thigh!... I called and asked for the manager and when I told her what they had said at the drive thru she outwardly showed anger and said they weren't suppose to do that, then I told her of the charge and she once again said, " Oh my God!"...lol...she asked if I could come back up and she would give me my money back and I said I couldn't right then and she told me her name, I cant remember now, but she was the mgr. Two days later I went in and there was nobody at the counter, I think it was Sunday afternoon. As I waited a young guy came from the bathroom and came up to take my order, I told him what I was there for and handed him the receipt, he acted like he was used to it, saying something like, " Oh hell, another one" and walked away, HONESTLY, then another guy came and said they had to call the manager at her home. He brought the phone over and was still talking with her and he relayed that she wouldn't return the money. I asked to speak with her, GOD was that phone FILTHY, she was SOLO rude that I actually was feeding her bits and pieces of the conversation we had two nights earlier to see if this in fact was the same person, because it was like Jekyll and Hyde. She then said, "Oh yeah, I remember you, I told you to come up and I would replace what you got"... I was like, NOVO, you said come up and would refund the money for having to drive all the way back up and also for the "Stuff" that was given to us that was supposed to be chicken. She then said, I don't give refunds, EVER!!..and I said, that's ok, Ill call corporate and she immediately ran off their phone number. She either has a drug problem, alcohol problem or split personality, which I can safely say because I'm not including her name. Never again!!... and the people that work there needs to pull their pants up and wash their clothes, they look like they are weed dealers in Detroit. |

K.F.C needs new management and qualified young people to do the job. My family and I have had so many bad experiences there. We are always given the wrong order I don't care how many times we repeat we always get something we didn't ask for. |

Although it's not for me, the kids really like KFC's buffet which has a pretty good selection of itens including all you can eat chicken, side items and salad. |

The food doesn't taste fresh and the prices are too high. I bought a 6 piece chicken strip meal and I didn't realize it until I got home, it cost over$8.00 dollars. It wasn't worth it. The employees need to be more friendly and smile. My husband and I won't eat there again. |

I have never seen a KFC as bad as the one in Palm Coast. Management is horrible. Staff is rude. They never have Ranch Dressing when I ask for it - I don't even understand why I keep going back. |

This place is horrible! Most of the time the staff is very un friendly and seem lifeless. Also the building is gross (not clean) and not a place that should serve food. The food is not good, maybe as the comment says below if you are in a bind and need to get dinner for the family fast and at a good price then maybe this place will work for you... other than that stay away! Also the drive thru is terrible and takes forever even if you are the only one in line! |

The price is good when you have a large family, we have ate here many times during there lunch , the food is fresh and hot and good. Recommend if you are a large family the all you can eat is a good deal! |

I have visited the drive thru 3-4 times in the last 3 years and each time was worst than the last. My chicken, regardless of the variety has the taste and appearance of sitting countless hours under a hot lamp. Twice I have ordered extra crispy just to get home and find the "crisp" has disintegrated into dust. They need a dose of strong competition! |

This kfc is AWFUL. The only time you should expect good food is during lunch time.. thats the only time they have fresh chicken! KFC closes at 9 but stops serving sandwiches at 8. half of the time they don't have what they say they do on their menu ... they usually run out of food. They never cary the honey bbq wings and when they do they try to give you the ones that have been sitting there longer than they should have been sitting.
My family and I have tried many times to give this kfc a chance, but it never seems to get better. I love kfc but not this one... its very very poor and now we have learned to avoid this kfc completely. |

Not bad for a fast food resturant. Food always fresh and warm. Personnel are very courteous. As a fast food restaurantit is one of the better one's in Palm Coast. |

Had the senior buffet, all you can eat, great price for what you get. Food hot, good selections, serving bar clean. I only eat the buffet. This is not a fancy place and is not meant to be, so you don't have to get all dressed up. Just good plain food and good plain folk enjoying it. I like the old fashioned Colonel's chicken, myself, with veggies and salad, and jalapenos on the side :)

Regarding one of the other posts about price. Why is Palm Coast ALWAYS higher in everything including groceries, restaurants, etc. I have noticed that everything in Palm Coast costs more. I think it's time for a change. |

This is the third time I've been to KFC for their daily buffet. $4.50 to $5.00 All you can eat ($$ depending on day) for a complete fried chicken meal, you pick the pieces you want, with all the trimmings including salad bar. Food always hot and fresh. (No tip required), Tips "are" part of the cost of a meal. I highly recommend it. |

I love KFC but for some of the combo prices are a little too pricey for me. Fast food resturaunts are supposed to be cheap, but $6.00 for a chicken sandwhich and a drink is a little too much. |
