Too many times we have been to this location. Too many times our order was incorrect. Today....another example. I get all the way home, only to find out that I was missing a sandwich. How hard can it be to put 2 sandwiches and 1 fry in the bag and get it correct. After driving back. I went inside. The lady at the counter was nice, but the man in the light blue shirt kept whispering to one of the employees and both looking my way and laughing. NEVER again will I visit this McDonalds. I'm sure that no one cares, because we are just one family. The owner of this location should read these reviews and perhaps spend some time at this location observing. The management here is horrible. We have lived in Palm Coast since June 09 and have visited them many times. Shame on us for being stupid enough to have kept going back. Visit at your own risk. I would say you have a 80% chance of getting what you ordered. |

I have visited this particular location several times and the visit is usually pleasant. I have come on many occasions where they have been short staffed, however, I can't say that I saw anyone standing around not trying to help customers during these instances. They all seem to be working very hard under the circumstances and dealing with the hand they are given. Maybe some of us should show compassion towards these individuals instead of criticizing them for making us wait the big 10 minutes we may have had to wait. I have never worked in that type of environment but I would assume that it has to be very stressful to deal with people in the community who have such a lack of compassion. |

This McDonalds is nothing but frustrating and people always standing in line getting irritated with a long wait no matter how few or how many in line. Me and my kids go there enough to see this every time we are there. It's ridiculous. too many people working in the back and one cashier. If you're smart you will just go through the drive through... because that is all they focus on. They act like they don't even see you standing there half the time. A few different managers always running out the front door for a quick sneak in cigarette break coming in stinking up the place..... the drink station is always a mess. I end up wiping it up half the time. I've really about had it and going to just start going to the other McDonald's right up the street from this one. |

Shorted on change, got correct change back. Shorted a sandwich, got the sandwich. No straws or napkins. Sandwich was cold and hard immediately after purchase. Would have like better food late night to bad subway wasn't open, or maybe subway's dumpster. Yum trash food or fast food. |

I have eaten at this place several times, as I frequent the shops in the area. Every time I have ordered there, the wait has been too long and the order has Always been filled incorrectly. I will visit the subway or Panda Express from now on! |

Yesterday, our conference committee was in a bind because the coffee pot we had was not working. After exhausting options, we drove to this McDonalds and told them our dilemma of having no coffee for parents arriving for a conference related to topics about their child's education. All food for the conference had been donated by local restaurants, but we were supplying the beverages. The floor manager was gracious enough to supply us with coffee on short notice. We want to applaud this kind of community-minded service and extend a grateful thank-you to this McDonalds location for saving our morning! |

This is a company store, as opposed to the others in the city which are franchise owned. Yes, the service is bad and the location a non typical fast food, in that it should be better, with the time they have been opened. I have actually written to the corporate office in Orlando three times now, and while I get acknowledgement of the concerns, nothing changes. Long order lines, I waited 12 minutes for an order, with only 3 people in line, disinterested employees, wrong orders, 1/2 filled fries at drive thru, soda dispensers working only part of the time, sour products for ice cream, slippery floors, McDoubles, given for double cheeseburgers (even with different wrappers for the employees to see), the manager taking his break, when the lines are backed up and just plain, "I don't care attitude". The other stores are better, now that they are remodeled. You even get a "thank you", when you pickup your order, at those locations! |

Decided to try the new McDonalds (don't normally eat fast food) and ended up getting very sick (food poisoning) from it. I will never eat fast food (which was a mistake from the beginning) and won't visit another McDonalds ever again. Avoid this place! |

Service was not good. First my order was wrong. Once corrected, all three of the medium fries I ordered were cold and the cartons were half filled. |

I went to this place on 9/3 about 2:30 in the afternoon. I should of listened to my son and not go there. I went there with my daughter for a dollar meal and she had the same. One burger w/fries and one chicken sandwich w/fries. Well, there was 5 people in front of us. Only one person behind the counter. Twenty minutes later we placed our order and our fries were stale and the sandwiches were at room temperature. We returned the fries and got fresh ones. We sat at the window and I put my purse on the window sill edge. For some reason I looked at my purse and there were ANTS crawling all over the window sill. Also, the floor by the soda machine was so wet I could of broke my leg. Stay away from this place. There are so many stores there and only McDonald's to eat in. The eatery in target is too expensive and too small. I really hope someone puts a restaurant in there or a pizza place, something other than McDonald's. |
