I do remember the quality of this store a few years back. It was notorious for under quality food and substantial cleanliness. The renovation completely turned it around! Most staff and almost all managers are very friendly and proud of their work. Some make a very conscious effort towards friendliness and hospitality. Busiest McDonalds store I've seen in a long time. Almost always packed. |

This restaurant has been renovated and has a great playland for children. The staff is friendly and they work hard to get your order right the first time. If a mistake is made, they apologize and quickly correct the error. We have even held small group meetings there. |

This is the only McDonald's that I will go too in Palm Coast. I usually go in the morning, and I go through the drive thru and the lady who takes your order is always very nice and friendly. It starts my day off well hearing a friendly voice. The food is always hot! |

This McDonald's is so mean. I've gone 3 times for coffee or a biscuit in the morning and each time the lady is rude to me. Once they forgot my straw and when I asked for one she rolled her eyes and huffed and grumbled under her breath. I hate this McDonald's. I'll drive all the way to Flagler to avoid this one. |

I've lived in Palm Coast for almost 20 years and this McDonalds has never been renovated inside. Worse yet, I can't even take my niece there for an occasional McDonalds lunch because the food is so bad. You kind of hope for all the calories and artery clogging properties of this food, you'd get some flavor as well. Filthy inside. I will not go back. Owner needs to get with it. I can't understand the long lines at the drive thru. Yuck! |

Very bad place to eat at! Very dirty tables, floors, and especially very dirty Bathrooms!! The entire restaurant needs to be renovated and the staff replaced. The kids working there do not take pride in what they do and take it out on the customers. We need a Burger King on this side of town. |

Management should be ashamed and embarrassed by the way they run this branch. I understand that it's just a McDonald's but it is a restaurant selling food and customers expect a reasonable degree of professionalism from its staff and quality food. Neither of which are offered here! Staff are teenagers with no sense of customer appreciation or service. With no manager over their shoulder they are rude and lazy. The food is rarely fresh and the restaurant is often very dirty. My kids often want McDonald's but I will no longer take them to this restaurant. |

Very dissatisfied with the quality and cleanliness of this McDonald's and will no longer visit. Food is often old and doesn't taste fresh. The fries are limp, sandwiches dry and chicken nuggets tough. Mistakes with the order are frequent and the tables and floor dirty and greasy. Clearly badly managed all round. |

Incompetent staff make me stay away from this McDonald's. The food often tasted old and service was lacking any courtesy and friendliness plus they find it very difficult to get orders correct. I understand they are low paying jobs mostly filled by teenagers but I still expect pride in their work and at least a smile. Poor management is most likely to blame. |

Apart from getting my drive thru order wrong (again!), the food tasted stale and old. I assume it had been sitting for a long time as the hamburger in my sandwich was tough and very dry and our chicken nuggets were hard and only warm. I can't comment on the fries as they failed to put them in the bag and they also forgot the dipping sauce, even after asking me which one I wanted. I don't expect McDonald's staff to be rocket scientists, but please have them bright enough to check to see if 2 out of 5 items aren't missing! |

Last night I went with a friend just to get some things off the dollar menu since we were a little hungry..a man came up to the counter to talk to the manager and told him that his double burger was a single..the manager walked to the back of the kitchen and THREW the cheeseburger at a worker. THREW THE CHEESEBURGER! The customer ended up getting what he wanted, but I just wanted to walk out and let the manager know he was ridiculous. This is McDonald's, so I am not expecting fabulous service, but the corporate office will be hearing about this. |

This place is like a guessing game! I place my order, then I guess what is actually in the bag! Maybe it will be hard-as-rock chicken nuggets, or a hamburger, that appears to be from the day before... If it wasn't for my kiddo wanting the happymeal I would never go to this dried-food shack. |

STOP GOING THERE! This place needs to be shut down! Mostly horrible reviews for 5 years says it all! My daughter was treated like an alien because she drove all the way back there after going home with the wrong order and asked them to fix it. |

This place is awful! They mess up the order repeatedly. We will not be back. This afternoon they screwed up our order. When we got home, we discovered that they had given us the wrong things that probably cost half as much as what we had ordered and paid for and the food wasn't worth eating. When I called to complain, they hung up on me! What kind of way is this to run a business?? |

I have been to McDonalds countless times and about every time I go they mess up my order, the place is revolting inside, and the service is terrible and pretty much 17 year-olds looking for a quick way to make some money are running it. How does the health department keep this place running?! This place must be shut down. I won't even use the bathroom in that place. The only McDonalds I've been to that was clean and friendly was in Europe. |

This McDonalds is completely ridiculous. They take no pride in keeping the place clean. The parking lot is dirty with trash everywhere. The inside is also always dirty, soda on the floor napkins and ketchup. The Bathrooms as well. As soon as yopu walk through the doors turn left and walk back the wallpaper is ripping off the wall revieling mold. The service is horrible as well. All employees are rude. and orders are always wrong. I suggest no one should eat here. go to BURGER KING |

I was very upset by the attitude of the staff when I complained about missing items. I had a large family order and noticed several items missing when I got home. Upon returning, I was treated like I was making it up and felt very demeaned! This is not the first time items have been missing and I will never make a purchase from this McDonald's again. This is unprofessional and very substandard service. The staff need to have a sense of pride in their work. |

i go there often and i commend the staff.yes sometimes i am missing items,but when i bring it to their attention,they apoligize and make it right.most of the time they are so short staffed and they really try to do thier best.i understand their problem because i use to work in a fast food chain up north. |

I have visted this mcdonald's many times and find it to be good, if there is any problems the management seems to be able to help and fix any problems, i have found just ask and they are there to help you. |

Staff will make or break a restaurant, and unfortunately, they are breaking this one! I was astounded when first, a bunch of employees were on their break and eating in the dining room, they were being completely unruly and if they were customers I'm sure they would of been told to leave. Second, the staff that were working were arguing and complaining very loudly. One employee making burgers was shouting for help and a manager just kept shouting back at him telling him to shut up. It was all very unprofessional and not somewhere I can enjoy a meal with my family. When will this McDonald's grow up? |

At every McDonald's i have been to the most important thing to me is the dollar menu. not because i'm cheap but because it is quick and convient. the palm coast McDonald's has the worst dollar menu selection ever. i understand that prices and participation may very but i think they took it too far. $1 for a single cheeseburger (double cheeseburgers at all others) small fry (med at all others) and they don't even have the chrispy chicken sandwhich on the dollar menu (only the spicy). i think they should start participating and stop verying. |

I had to laugh at one review below that says really cool people work there (this McDonald's). They may be cool but they're also extremely inefficient and lazy. Drive thru orders are always shorted and inside needs to be kept cleaner. I now us the one on Hwy. 100 when the kids want McDonald's. |

I never have very high expectations of any McDonald's. However, I do expect it to be clean, the staff friendly and professional, and my food hot, fresh, and accurate. For some reason this McDonald's fails to achieve any of these at any one time. My main complaint is the drive through leaving items out of the bag. I used to wait and hold everyone up to check my order as I am tired of being shorted items I pay for. That is until one of the staff members was very sarcastic to me when I said I was checking your order. She looked at me very indignantly while I went through 4 bags of orders. Two items were missing and I was made to feel like the bad guy. That staff member cost this McDonald's a very regular and loyal customer. I shall never return. |

I gave up on this McDonald's for over two years but decided to use its drive-thru this morning as I was in a rush and needed a quick breakfast on the go. I ordered just two breakfast burritos and hash browns and they still managed to forget the hash browns. The staff must be either careless or just plain stupid! I'm now on I95 and have no recourse. When I pay for something I expect to receive it! Avoid this place folks. All the other reviews on here speak for themselves. This is the worst McDonald's you'll ever experience. |

My family and I just moved to Palm Coast from Ohio. You can't imagine my surprise when we visited this McDonald's. You enter the City of Palm Coast, which is clean and beautiful, then you stop at this McDonald's and the place was dirty, the service was poor and I witnessed several people leave the line to go elsewhere. They were tired of waiting. The staff seemed to be joking among themselves and had no regard for the patrons. While I was waiting for my order I went to the restroom and found it to be filthy and smelled of urine. I was surprised to see this in such a beautiful city. Needless to say I will never visit this McDonald's again. |

I have been to this McDonald's many times and I can say it is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It is never clean, the service is terrible and the prices are higher than other McDonald's. If you find yourself wanting some McDonald's then take the extra time to drive to the Hwy 100 McDonald's, it is about 7 miles away. It offers a much cleaner and friendier atmosphere. |

I like a hamburger every now and then and where I used to live I would always get McDonald's to satisfy my craving. Unfortunately, since moving here I have now settled for Wendy's because after a few visits this branch of McDonald's proved very disappointing. My largest complaint is the attitude of the staff. No smiles or warm greetings like other locations and 2 out of 3 orders were incorrect. The hamburgers looked like they had been just thrown together and the chicken nuggets were old and hard. |

I dont know about the rest of you, but I cringe every time my kids want to go to Mc Donalds. We do not eat out often but some times I give in. EVERY time we go, my kids order the HAPPY MEAL. This time it had Nemo toys in it. Yea right. They gave us some junk that they couldnt get rid of last year. My kids never get any toys that they advertize. My daughter went and handed the toys back to the clerk and stated We dont want these things either. ( She is 7 ) Also, I have a differant view about the woman who works in the playroom. I have seen her yell at the kids for not wearing socks almost to the point where the little kids are in tears. 1 time there were 3 boys who wear yelled at, the mom didnt have the money to purchace socks, she left very upset that she, as well as her boys were verally abused in front of other guest. Lets remember, it is only because of the children that 99% of the people in Palm Coast goes to that Mc Donalds!!! |

The floors, walls and restrooms need steam cleaning, pressure washing, something.
Please....do this at night if you have to.
Clean it up asap. The seating areas as well.
We'd rather go to the McDonalds on 100 to eat.
I've noticed the staff changes which are having a positive effect. Congratulations on the good start.
Make sure uniforms are clean and people at least look clean. |

My first compaint is about the short orders. I am always short items. The staff are always in a frenzy behind the counter. If they would just slow down spend a few extra seconds to make sure my order was correct I'd be much more impressed than having to keep returning. Speed does not equal good service. My second complaint is about the attitude of the teenage staff. One actually humiliated my son in the play area for not wearing socks. I know socks are required, but a polite word would of done instead of yelling sarcastic remarks across the room. |

Had a quarter-pounder there recently, went inside to order for take out, so I did note that the place was fairly clean. It was very clean behind the counter. I did not notice any problems with the servers, though, and the burger was hot and what I expected.

We are part of the Flagler Moms Club and each Wednesday the McDonalds puts on a big event for our kids. Miss Maggie who runs the play area is a wonderful person who goes out of her way to make things fun and organized. The food is always good (kids just love McDonalds!) and we always have a fabulous time in the play ground area.

This is by far the most poorly managed McDonald's I have been to. I don't have particularly high expectations of McDonald's, but this location is just not worth eating at. The food tastes worse than elsewhere, service has an attitude, and my orders were constantly short at the drive thru. |

I'd like to give 0 stars to this one! It is just awful. The employees act like you're imposing on them when they take your order. When going thru the drive thru, you always have stuff left out or wrong. We have had the super size fries half full and cold and items on sandwiches that were asked to be omitted. And sometimes the cashiers cannot count money and give you back the wrong change! Very sad. |

Bad attitudes of management. I see the teenagers working away in there and the manager walking up and down like he is God. He was very misserable and put workers down in front of customers. Food was sloppy and obviously thrown together. The nuggets were tough and old. The drive thru always forgets something so check it before you drive away. |

The last time I visited this restaurant I pledged to never return. However, today, my finance brought me back a Quarter Pounder with Cheese form there and it was not fit to eat. It looked like someone had put their thumb through it. I definitely pledge this time to never eat there again. |

They do in fact have a manager...unfortunately the one I seen on duty was picking up garbage off the kitchen floor then reaching right into the food....thats definately one of those "things that make you go....BLeah!!" I left and wont be back.If the manager on shift is that laxidaisy about health safety I can just imagine the employees attitudes. SCARY at best. |

Doesn't this place have a manager? Every time I go here the place seems more and more run down and is getting filthier. I have to search for a somewhat clean table and wipe it down myself so we can sit down to eat. I feel bad that the employees have no self respect in running and working in such a filthy atmosphere. I wont even go into their restroom anymore. When my kids want to go to McDonalds, I try to head down to Ormond Beach now. |
