Very erratic service and food quality. Cleanliness is usually marginal. Avoid their grilled chicken sandwiches, as they are usually cold and chewy. Chili is good! They are understaffed for breakfast, since they don't seem very serious about competing in the breakfast market. I walked out the last time, after being the only one in line and being ignored for over 5 minutes. My dogs love the Double-Stacks, so I still use the drive through to buy them for the critters and chili and frosties for the humans. Don't go here unless you want a cheap quickie meal, with marginal quality. |

This place needs a major overhaul!! In the last few years it has become a given that when driving through the order will either lack something or given a wrong order and has almost become a joke within our family as it is hard to stop and go thru you bag when ordering a large order, spilling items, etc., and it is the living proof of Murphy's Law, to the point it is disturbing. Im not sure what the problem is, but I can tell you the times one of had to call them up and let them know and by the way they respond it is a common practice. No one wants to get in their car once home and drive all the way back up for a .99 cent fry, its not worth it and Im not worried about losing the money, its the fact that you may have a craving and once home its not there. ALSO... I have no reason why they choose to close this place SOOOO early, their advertising campaign BOAST how they are open late, around 2AM, yet this one rolls its sidewalk up at around 9-10PM!!!! They even shut down the drive thru and more then once we were there 10-15 minutes before the top of the hour and was told they were closed when the lights were still on. This place has GOT to get it together!!! Its gotten ridiculous and a running joke!! |

Our local McDonald's and Burger King have just been renovated and I think it's time this Wendy's was renovated, too. or at least I wish management would make sure it gets thoroughly cleaned. The front windows are thick with grime and mould and the whole place smells very stale. |

This place really loses stars with me for the poor attitude of staff at the drive through. The food isn't too bad but the teen staff really have no people skills and offer nothing of value to the customer service experience. |

For a fast food restaurant, Wendy's is great!. The manager knows how to keep customers happy. The food is really good and not too greasy. The young staff do a really good job. It is one of the best burger places in town! |

I go to this Wendy's allot for lunch and use the drive thru which is a very busy time for them, the line is usually around the building when I arrive. They are very fast with the drive through, its amazing! They always get my order right, and have yet to forget to give me anything... and for that matter the food is always good! I will be happy when they build the new one on the west side, as it is needed! I hope the new one will carry the good service! |

I must confess I haven't been to Wendy's in years but, I always did enjoy their Jr. bacon-cheeseburger. I stopped in on July 16 and found the service to be terrible! I was not greeted at the counter, in fact the girl behind the counter didn't say anything. I had to ask her if she would take my order, the response was uh-huh. She didn't tell me how much my bill was, again I had to ask. No thankyou or nothing! I was not notified that my order was up, I had to ask , "Is this mine?" to which I got a nod. The food however was just as tasty as I remembered!! Too bad that the dining room is run by a bunch of "kids" who really don't give a d***. |

I never thought I'd like Wendy's, but this is great! The burgers and fries are delicious. Wendy's is a perfect recomendation. |

Very kind employees. They will take their time with people who are not fast food novices. The chili, salad and burgers are all tasty. They also stay open as late as the sign says they will. We like them. |

Of all the Fast Food Restaurants Wendy's is probably my favorite. The one here in Palm Coast is certainly better than the one in St. Augustine. Went for lunch today. Had the Big Bacon Classic. Ketchup and Onions only please. They put cheese on it but that was no big deal, I just put that on hubby's burger. The girl behind the counter was polite and the burger was good and as always the fries are good. Was a good lunch on the run.

Comparé à tous autres aliments de préparation rapide joint... les marques de Wendy la coupe. Est non seulement ce les aliments de préparation rapide... sa bonne nourriture. Les offres de Wendy une variété de nourritures du Chili à la salade aux burgers et aux fritures réguliers. La nourriture est qualité. Il y a de grandes parties et il fait toujours chaud. Si vous êtes encore... achat affamé encore plus. Les choses sont très bon marché. Les burgers ne sont pas des fritures de soggy..the ne sont pas doused en graisse. C'est bonne nourriture pour bon marché. Service est rapide et bon. Les ouvriers sont plaisants et semblent avoir plaisir à travailler chez Wendy. Le restuarant est regarder plaisant. À il y a tapis et tables de chaise de cabines et sales non en plastique capitonnées gentilles. Il est très propre. |

The Food is good, the orders get done right, and its the only real FAST FOOD place around. I'm in and out in about 1 1/2 usually (no exaggerations, I believe I've only been there once more then a few minutes, and it was extremely busy). All other fast food joints are extremely slow. I can get a meal at a sit down place before I'll get my order done at McDonalds or KFC. |

About the only fast food I would eat in the area. There arent many fast food chains that I enjoy, but I must say that Wendy's does top them all. The employees are pleasant, and the food seems to be very good. When I go to the Drive Thru they seem to get my order right 99% of the time. |
