Disappointed! This was my second time there, and our milkshakes were more like chocolate milk! I am not a fan of Steak and Shake, but their shakes are MUCH better. |

Strawberry sundae was horrible, sauce was watery and had no taste. Very expensive and not worth it! |

Unbelievable tasting ice cream...very, very good! The flavors are unique and flavorful. I had the New York Cheesecake, and it tasted just like it's namesake, only sweeter and colder! The absolute best ice cream from a chain ever! |

I did not like the flavor of the ice cream at all. It had a weird chemical sort of after taste. Not impressed with the walk up, order, walk back to your car ambiance. Walk ups are for beach-side, not parking lot across from the Home Depot-side. |

The ice cream was quite good but they really need some place to sit. I would love to sit and enjoy my ice cream in a shady area or inside but we just walked around its empty strip mall location. |

I agree with Victoria. The ice cream is very good but standing around in the heat is just not very pleasant. At the very least they need to add a few benches. One bench for the whole plaza just isn't enough. The help is very friendly and helpful. (don't get the peanut butter cookie dough - yuk!) |

The ice cream was quite tasty and the staff were friendly. But unfortunately, you cannot go inside the store and there are no nice places to sit. You have to eat your ice cream in the parking lot or sit in the car like most were doing. This ruined the experience for me and it wasn't enjoyable standing on a black top in the heat with car fumes all around me. It's much nicer at the European Village where you can sit under umbrellas or stroll around the courtyard. |

It was all I expected and more and it's not just an ice cream stand. It has everything you could imagine in, or on ice cream. We plan on going every weekend! |
