I just visited the Gelato place the other week and I had their Chocolate gelato and a scoop of their strawberry gelato. The worker said they were under new management (I don't know how the previous owners made their gelato) but I will definitely be back again with my family! |

I was there last week and let's just say that the gelato was gross! I've had really good gelato and this one was defiantly not it! Also, the older lady who's the manager I guess has a nasty attitude and you can tell that the younger girls are intimidated by her. I was not sure of what I wanted to order, so I asked to let me sample a couple of them and the lady kept giving weird stares... it made feel uncomfortable and I will never return. |

Pricey but quite agood selection and it's always nice to have a Gelato on a hot day as you stroll the European Village. |

Staff was slow and the gelato was just OK and nothing special. Cheesecake was good. Would not go out of my way to get this treat again. |

On Saturday night my husband and I decided to have gelato. Of course they were very busy, I stood in front of the counter waiting for someone to wait on me. First man and his son were standing behind me and a woman ran behind the counter to wait on him, ok maybe she knew him, yes he was some big roofer, so they took them over me, then I had to be next, no, some other person pushed their way up front next to me and a young man hurried up to wait on her, even though she was only looking, he never bothered to ask to help me. I felt totally invisible there. I did leave without my gelato and I tore up my 2 cards that I had stamped previous times. I just do not feel like their customer service is something I ever want to deal with again. I was very disappointed since I use to go at least weekly, not anymore. |

The coffee was very good and the gelato was excellent. I would say that the prices were more than a bit high but if you don't mind paying for atmosphere then the place is well worth it. |

The cafe itself is very nice and the service was with a smile and friendly. They serve more than ice cream such as coffees, pastries, cookies, etc. and although the prices are a little steep, the ice cream (gelato) was very good. The homemade baked good looked delicious but ice cream was enough indulgence for one day. |
