After reading the other reviews..... WOW! Despite it's "Hole-In-The-Wall" appearance, we have found EACH and EVERY visit to be a good experience. While not cheap so to speak ,the pricing is right in line with what I would spend at Baskin Robbins or TCBY. The serving sizes were above and beyond normal and what we anticipated. The staff was friendly and we all enjoyed sitting outside with our drippy messes!! I would recommend Sally's; It is an experience not to be missed. |

Ive been wanting to take the time to write a review for a few months now, but after a quick conversation with a stranger in line at Publix I decided to finally post it. Ive been going to "Sallys" since Sally Vetter (Hope I spelled the name correctly) opened it after closing the Bridgtender resturant. During her ownership into the following owners it was THE place to get soft serve ice creme, espeically since they offered 50 flavors (Loved the blueberry and blackberry), the price was very reasonable and of course the view was great. After moving away for a while, Sallys was at the top of my list to re-visit and this time had newbie friends with me. Im not sure who owns it now, but they need to sell it. First warning was the SEVERAL "tweens" running around confused in the few square feet they have. We had to tell them our order over no less then 4 times and they STILL messed it up and THEN rolled their eyes! We had 5 guests with us, which we didnt order together, so that couldnt be their excuse, but I paid for all and it came to almost $40!! I had a regualr soft serve ice creme with rainbow sprinkles, it came to OVER $5...and when I pointed it out I was told in an 80's valler girl jargin, " Ummm....uhh...I have to charge you 35 cents!!".... It was my turn to roll eyes, but figured whats another 35 cents at this point, but when she went to "Dip" it into the tupperware bowl of sprinkles, she had to wait for another employee to dip HER ALREADY LICKED ice creme BACK in for a refresher. Again, it was MY time to " Ummm and uuhhh, more like uuughhh"... We went back two more times and we are done!! I dont have the time to tell you what the stranger in the line told me and because it borders breaking the law in terms of health ordinances and would be heresay, I will let the reader guess and be warned. Sally needs to sue to get her name taken off the sign!! |

Although the first time we went to Sally's would have received a 5 star review, I can only give a 4 today. Our second trip wasn't too impressive. The ice cream we ordered from the soft-serve menu turned out not to be soft serve, and that is a huge selling point for me. Sorry guys, first time was better. Please add more to your soft-serve menu! However, your ice cream is very good, it's just not as great as it was the first time. |

Delicious! Fun liitle hole in the wall with the best ice cream in the county. Much better than Scoops but still not quite up to par with others I've had elsewhere. |

My family and I recently went for lunch and an ice cream cone. It was by far the best hot dog I have had in years! Just like a "New York" hot dog! The soft serve ice cream was delicious and I highly recomend it to everyone! We'll definately be back! It's improved a lot since the new mangement took over!! |
