Our visit to Kokoro was amazing. We had gone by several times but had never stopped by until this weekend. It's a nice friendly and inviting restaurant inside and we were welcomed by big smiles. We ordered a selection of sushi and tempura and everything was delicious. One crab sushi we had was the best I've ever had! We were very happy we finally stopped by and happier with the great food. |

KoKoRo is an excellent restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff are very professional. We have learned not to go at very peak times as they can be a little overwhelmed, but food is always prepared with passion and we have loved every bite. If you're looking to impress a date or spoil your significant other then this is the place in Palm Coast. |

Our first time at Kokoro and apart from supermarket sushi, our first time eating sushi in a restaurant. We ordered a selection of sushi(plural?) and put our trust in their chef. Not sure all what we ordered but they arrived beautifully presented. The wasabi sauce was a bit too much for me so the first one I tried was too hot, but after that one they all tasted very good. The dining room is very pleasant and the televisions with Asian food and vacation photos were a nice touch. With drinks the bill can add up but I don't mind on special occasions and if it's worth it, which it was. Consider us sushi converts. |

Let me start by saying that I do not like televisions in restaurants. I leave the house to get away from such things and to enjoy a nice meal, but here they seem to be more of a visual aid to the menu and atmosphere setter with serene photos of Japan. However, no TV's will make the food taste any better and Kokoro do a good job of that on their own. Everything I have had here has been superb and it's all been served with care and appreciation. This isn't a restaurant I can afford to eat at every week, but it's high on my luxury list for when I have flush months. When it comes to service and attention to detail, a lot of local restaurants could learn a lot from Kokoro. |

I'm from out of town and this was my first visit. Friendly greeting, fast service, nice sake list, excellent menu, and fantastic flavor! I will definitely visit this one again for some of the freshest, most flavorful raw fish and seafood I've had in a while. |

Great restaurant and service was excellent. Sushi was incredible and our only complaint was the calamari appetizer was not very nice. It wasn't rings like most places and its texture was not like any calamari we've had before. Apart from that, everything was great and we'll be back. |

Had their special this past weekend which was choices of courses for $50 for two people which is a good deal. The food was awesome and service very good. |

Their sushi is awesome and they have a great selection. Service can be a little slow at busy times but who's in a rush? Check out the wasabi roll... it's the best sushi roll I ever ate! |

Enjoyed a meal with my family at Kokoro last night. The sushi was wonderful. My favorites are always consistently delicious and Tomo, the sushi chef, is a real talent. We left with four full bellies and four satisfied people. |

This is not really a family style restaurant and is a little too pricey to take the whole family, so dining here is rare treat for hubby and me. But when we do go the sushi and everything is always incredible and we love their creations. The atmosphere is very tranquil with wonderful service. Will be there again for me birthday next week! |

I had no idea this restaurant was there. It's hidden away in a part of the shopping center I'd never been to before, but glad I found it! The greeter (owner?) was very friendly and checked up on us throughout our meal to make sure everything was satisfactory. The food was delicious and full of flavor. We loved all the creative options and wish we could of samples more. But we'll be back soon. |

The best sushi restaurant in Palm coast, The food is delicious Everything we have tried has been amazing. The wait staff are the best, everyone truly makes you feel welcome. Siri always comes to the table to talk to us and she always remembers our names. I eat there at least once a week. |

A great experience. Nice cozy intimate restaurant with wonderful food. We have really enjoyed every sushi roll we've tried so far as well as their fantastic tuna fireball. Service is always excellent and it's a nice touch when the owner visits to make sure we're enjoying our meal. |

I love Kokoro and only wish I could afford to visit more often! I always get my usual sushi rolls and try new ones with each visit. They treat you like royalty in there and you never feel rushed. Definitely the best sushi in Palm Coast! |

Awesome food! The restaurant is cozy with beautiful photos of Japan on the big screen TV. Service was very friendly and efficient. Great selection of sushi and all tasted wonderful. Can't wait to go back. |

Visited last week and had the best meal in a restaurant so far in Palm Coast. The Fireball is amazing and our sushi selections were all fantastic! Service was excellent and everyone made sure we were satisfied. Can't wait to visit again soon. |

We have eaten here twice in the last 30 days and really enjoyed the food and the service. The menu is nicely varied and offers something for even the hardest to please. The owner's wife and staff offer excellent suggestions if you are not familiar with the Sushi dishes and we loved their recommendations. We have shared the volcano rock steak/tuna which was excellent quality and great, tasty sauces. Sushi dishes were wonderfully fresh and attractively presented. The calamari appetizer is like no other we have had locally---it looks like French fries when it is served, but tastes so tender and crispy! Unique presentation! Tuna tataki was fabulous: rare, excellent quality, with interesting sauce choices. The wait staff is just delightful... full of information about the dishes, eager to serve and please. It's a busy place... make a reservation or be prepared to wait a while. |

Actually its 1 of 2 best out of total 4 that we have now. Rest 2 not even worth to mention, those are jokes. I've been in all and not once. AI Japanese is as much as good(and expensive too), but KoKoRo is much more friendly(and closer to me). I love that place. Great job Siri. Keep it up please. Happy New Year. |

Kokoro is quite simply the best quality sushi in this part of Florida. Period. I have eaten there on dozens of occasions and every single time I am amazed all over again. Tomo and Siri run a fantastic business, the food is sublime, and the service is exceptional and personal. If you go, please don't eat all the mackerel, it's all mine! |

This is a wonderful restaurant. It's warm decor and the staff's attention to detail make it an inviting and classy place to dine. The food is excellent! Great selection of sushi very well prepared and the best tempura I've had in Florida (very light and not greasy). Like most Japanese restaurants, it's a little pricey so not somewhere we can go to too often, but well worth the splurge when we can. |

What more can be said than if you haven't been to Kokoro's you have missed the finest Japanese eating experience! The owners have put their hearts into the quality of the food, preparation, and appearance and customer service. Take your time and appreciate what they have to offer. You will never be disappointed. We have been fond customers for years now and not once have we been let down. All our guests share this experience when they come to town and many talk about it coming back just for the dining. Being a restaurant owner here in Palm Coast , I rarely do reviews, for obvious reasons. Even though I may be sabotaging my own business, I have to write this review out of respect for this establishment. You rarely can find a place with sensational food , that is warm, friendly and every ounce of heart and soul goes into everything they do. I respect this because I know how hard it is to spend every day in and out satisfying others. Siri and Tomo are not only extraordinary business owners but they have the best sushi/Japanese food you will find anywhere. My husband and I have lived all over the United States eating sushi. From Palm Springs, California, Hawaii, New York, you name it.. pretty much every city we find sushi bars to frequent. Kokoro is by far the best tasting, innovative sushi with the best service you will find anywhere. We were one of Kokoro's first customers when they opened and we dine or take out from Kokoro at least once a week. It is my favorite little gem of a place and we wish them all the success they deserve! |

Just visited this past weekend and had a truly awesome meal. We keep trying new Asian places but none compete with Kokoro. We love their huge sushi selection and it's great fun trying new ones. Their tempura can't be beat and their service is superb. Kokoro is definitely a first class restaurant and although a little pricey, worth every penny for the excellent quality and flavor. |

Best Sushi in the tri-county area! No need to travel when we are lucky enough to have great sushi and fantastic customer service at KoKoRo. It was great to see you guys out at the 4th Festivities. We have been coming here since it opened and have had consistently excellent food and service. The owners are very pleasant and always remember their regular customers. Their sushi is fresh and perfectly prepared, and their steaks are excellent quality. They also have a selection of very good wines. |

Very good experience all round. The restaurant is somewhat minimalist but sophisticated. Service is professional, attentive and efficient. The food is obviously prepared with passion. It's delicate flavors come through very well and each course compliments the next. Kokoro offers a touch of class to Palm Coast dining without being too over the top or expensive. |
