Ads are accepted from local businesses and individuals ONLY and will be verified prior to appearing online. If you are not local, then your ad will be rejected! To register, please follow the directions below.
All ads placed must agree to and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
- FlaglerOnline.com requires a valid email address with all accounts.
- Ads and their content published on FlaglerOnline.com remain the intellectual property of FlaglerOnline.com and it's respective owners.
- Ads will be published exactly as posted. FlaglerOnline.com will not edit ads. We are not responsible for any errors.
- Classified Ads will remain online for a maximum period of 60-days from date of posting.
- FlaglerOnline.com has the right to refuse any ad for any reason at any time.
- FlaglerOnline.com cannot guarantee the sale of any item or service, or any specific number of inquires.
- Ads that promote products or services that are in direct competition with FlaglerOnline.com or Tidal Technologies such local portals, business and service directories, link sites, website development, website hosting, or website programming will not be accepted.
- We are unable to accept ads for real estate for sale, lease or rental, or any ads advertising the sale of firearms or weapons.
- Employment ads. Only ads offering legitimate employment with local establishments or businesses will be accepted. Any ads offering business opportunities, online jobs and pay-per-click opportunities, etc., will be denied.
- The use of "ad padding" and tier tactics are not permitted. Use of such will result in suspension of ad.
- Businesses catering to Adult-specific services, escort services, multi-level marketing or tier plans, and website design or development are NOT permitted. Child care facilities and child sitting services must be registered and licensed within the state of Florida.
