The most authentic Mexican we've had in the area. Would love to see her move to a better location. The building can throw you off for sure. Try the steak tacos. Amazing. |

We recently went to Los Dos Potrillos Restaurant because of the great reviews on Flagler Online. Boy, were we disappointed! The rice and refried beans were tasteless and the pico de gallo was very watery. The salsa was like nothing I've ever seen. The chili rellenos was not very good either. To add insult to injury, the waitress seemed very annoyed with us. I can't believe that the other diners gave this dump 5 stars! |

Muy bien!! We went for my wife's birthday party and she had everything ready with balloons on the table. She does everything herself, but does a good job and brought out some flan for the birthdays. Everyone that was in our group was impressed with the good quality of food. |

A truly wonderful little hole in the wall. It's a little intimidating from the outside, but once inside it's a cute and very friendly restaurant. Food is authentic Mexican and fabulous. Service was a little slow as the server seemed to be doing everything on her own, but I was in no rush and just enjoyed the ambiance. |

My family and I ate here last week. The restaurant is in the back of a convenience store. The woman who ran the store, also ran the restaurant. She was very nice, and accommodating to my children, who did not understand why they could not get a ground beef taco.....this place is an authentic Mexican restaurant, not an Americanized Mexican Restaurant. The food was hot and fresh, and delicious. I would recommend to others, and I will go back! |

This is quite an interesting little place. I've never had Mexican food like this before as it's a lot different from what you usually get in Mexican restaurants where everything is served with sauces and sour cream. Even the salsa served with chips is very different. It's much runnier and more spicy. However, it is very tasty and we really had a great meal here. It's also inexpensive and the service was very good. It's strange eating in a back of a store like this and the view from my table while I was eating was a selection of Mexican goods I don't what they were and packets of men's underwear! I guess that all adds to its charm. |

We went today for the first time. We each had the marinated pork tostas (sandwich). It was very good as was the Mexican soft drinks. The hot sauce served with the tortillas was excellent and was homemade. We will return and recommend this restaurant. It is not fancy but is clean and cheerful. |

After reading the reviews, we had to go try it. So glad we did. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's kind of quaint inside. Our waitress was the owner and she was very nice and very informative about the meals. My wife and I got 2 meals and split it. Matter of fact, when the owner heard us talking about it, she asked if we wanted them to split the meal on our plates instead of us doing it. We gladly accepted. We shared the enchilada platter and the empanada (not sure of the spelling) platter.
The food was great and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go back and I would highly recommend them to everyone! |

I can't say enough good things about this little hidden wonder. As stated in reviews below, this is not like American style Mexican restaurants where they smother everything in cheese, red sauce and sour cream, this is truly authentic home-style Mexican food that is inexpensive and plentiful. Service is extremely friendly and you can taste how nothing comes from a jar or can... it's all made fresh including the delicious tortillas you can see pressed in front of you. The restaurant is not fancy. But it is spotlessly clean with fun faux painting on the walls creating an atmosphere of being in a small cantina in the middle of Mexico. |

Two words: HOMEMADE TORTILLAS! So good! Everything was delicious. The rice was hot and fresh. The menu isn't 5 pages long and infact is written on a board up on the wall. (which we love). Everything is authentic. Nothing is drowning in cheese. Our waitress (the owner?) was sweet as can be and you can tell she is really into what she is doing. The little restaurant could not be cleaner or more quaint. Keep up the good work! We will be back! |

This is delicioso! Wonderful Mexican homestyle food served in a very authentic atmosphere. Inside you forget you're in Bunnell, Florida! It feels, and tastes, more like you're in a small cocina in a Mexican village. This is cheap and very good food. |

Three of us went there on a Thursday noontime. The waitress could not speak a word of English so she had to get cashier to take our order. The place was empty except a little later some Mexican construction workers came in. Ordered a burrito with marinated beef, another one with beef and a chicken breast with rice and beans. Chicken breast was tough like shoe leather and all dried out. Our burritos were served with beans and rice which was good since that was the only edible part as the meat in the burritos was extremely tough and full of gristle. Maybe some people like this type of food and will say that it is authentic but I have had good Mexican food and this is not the place for it. For the good part, the place was clean and they have a tortilla press right there and they do their own fresh tortillas, cashier was nice and offered for us to try the different types of what I would call Kool Aid drinks, very sweet. It was not busy at all during the noon hour when we were there, we were the only ones there and they had the TV on to one of the racy Spanish comedy shows. |

We really enjoyed eating here Saturday night! You feel really welcome as they introduce you to their homemade drinks. They have several types of meat that you can have on your taco, sopas, or burrito & so we tried several; marinated beef, steak, roast port - all of them were great. The prices are really reasonable. Give this place a try - like all the area restaurants, they should be way busier on a Saturday night than they are. |

This is a fantastic little place. It's very small and intimate with a family run cantina type atmosphere that almost feels like you're eating at a table in a Mexican kitchen. The menu only has a handful of items on it including most traditional dishes such as burrito's, tacos, enchiladas, flautas, etc., but they're made very well. This is tasty, plentiful, and very authentic Mexican food that is fresh and inexpensive. |

The only thing I have had here are the tacos and they are the best authentic tacos you can get anywhere in the area. They have a variety of taco choices... Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Lenguas, etc. They come Mexican style with onions and cilantro with a chili sauce on the side. There is a small Mexican grocery up front. Excellent tacos every time I have been. |
