TGI FRIDAY'S JACK DANIELS SAUCE SHARED BY CHEF A LA PC
INGREDIENTS 1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Jack Daniel's
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and use as a sauce on any grilled meat or fish - especially salmon!
