The food was good and the waitress was courteous, however, we had a 10% off coupon, which we presented along with our money to pay, and the waitress came back and told us that they closed out our order and forgot to apply the coupon and that there was nothing they could do about it. So, instead of us saving $6.50, they offered to give us a key lime pie for free (which by the way she said was valued at $4, so not even an even exchange). The only reason we decided to go there was because of the 10% coupon. I think it's extremely poor customer service to do that to your customers.
