Went to Wendy's for pick up, customer in front came back to counter and said the burgers were not cooked. Manager was standing some 5-6 ft. away and never, never came to see the customer, terrible management skills. After a time customer was given his money back without an I'm sorry A poor way to run a business. He wrote Wendy's a note about his visit.
