Report An Inappropriate Review of McDonald's

Review by PC Foodee, Palm Coast Review date: 7/18/2011 Overall Service Atmosphere This has to be the worse managed McD's that I ever had the displeasure to visit. Since its so close to my house and my kids love their happy meals I have used this location often. First off the service is slow. I'd say I average about 20 to 30 minutes to get my food. When you finally get to the window there are usually 2 to 3 kids leaning against the counters talking. No sign of hustle as you park outside the window for 5 minutes waiting for one combo meal. But the worse part is that they constantly screw up our order - and its always in the stores favor. I order a wildberry smoothie for my wife and we get strawberry banana. I order her a mocha drink I get caramel version. I order nuggets in the kids happy meal I get hamburger. I order a boys happy meal and I get a strawberry shortcake toy. Plus I'm always missing something from my order.I bet this location has shorted me about $25 to $30 this summer. I order the two sausage burrito morning combo and I get only one burrito. I order two apple pies and get none of them. And I can't tell you the number of fries I've paid for but never gotten. To me all these are signs of bad management. Drive down to the McDs on 100. Its worth the trip to get what you ordered.
