In the past I have been a huge fan of Olive Garden. In high school we would eat there often. When I found out one was opening in Palm Coast I was very excited. But that excitement was short lived. To be fair the first two times we went everything was great. But then they switched the marinara sauce for spaghetti sauce and denied that there was a change. A few months later I came back and the diaper changer in the bathroom was covered in #1 and #2, and there was unidentifiable, mashed up, bright green stuff on my food. I couldn't tell if it was organic or not. It looked like the green thick plastic on the top of a sponge. I really do not like complaining or giving Olive Garden a bad review, but the one in Palm Coast is terrible. I had no idea what I had just eaten and whatever the green stuff was it didn't taste like something edible.
