I went here the other night to order a quick meal. Seems like the night shift was run by high school kids, but they did a spectacular job. Subs were well prepared, staff was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is on par with other places that offer subs. It's clean enough, but most people basically order "to go." Subs are a little pricier than the competition, but I will return since the quality is definitely there.

I love the service here and the warm welcomes. Nice selection of sandwiches and they're always tasty and freshly made. But I HATE the drink machine... feels like some mass chemical distribution system! Get bottled drinks instead.

I used to visit here often but since trying to be more health conscious they don't offer very many options. Their sandwiches are all loaded with fat and calories and high in sodium and the only option is to order without cheese and mayo. Even McDonald's is offering healthier options today and I wish Firehouse would follow suit. Also, their new fountain drink dispenser is really bad... it only serves one person at a time everyone is slow on it the line gets very long. It's nice to have a bazillion flavors, but to many options creates much confusion and long waits. But it's nice and cute inside and servers always eager to please.

Had lunch here today. Ordered the Engineer which is a really great sandwich. I always love sampling all the hot sauces they have out. The new drink machine in there is not very good though... it causes long lines and takes too long. Overall though I love Firehouse and it's friendly staff.
