Atmosphere
Went for coffee 3 different days between 1 pm and 3 pm and the coffee was old and tasted terrible. I did not complain but I will next time. They are obviously serving old coffee from the morning.

I don't know what changed in the past months but they have messed up my order just about every other time I go there. When I order latte's they give me iced coffee's and seem to not understand the difference. Then I ask for vanilla and they give me hazelnut. All different times, sometimes my husband went. I know customer service isn't easy, but about 90 percent of the time now something is wrong. I used to be a barista, I have never seen so many mistakes before.
