We must be eating at a different Ruby Tuesday in Palm Coast than some of the last few reviewers. Every time we visit Ruby Tuesday which is about once a month we are pleased with the atmosphere, service, food and the prices. The salad bar has always been clean, fresh and well stocked and is better than many salad bars at other eateries. The service has never been slow and the servers are always attentive asking how we like our food and if we need anything and the food, while not fine dining, has always been served hot, fresh and tasty so I'm at a loss about some of the other reviews which complain about everything. It is possible that at the time of our visits (usually around 5-6 pm) the service is better than when the restaurant it packed with patrons but even when the tables are almost full, we've never had a problem.

Just went last night to try the new menu after not visiting in years. I'd thought they may have improved but was clearly disappointed. The food was just OK, broccoli that came with my meal tasted as if it was re-steamed many times, old and bland. As we were eating, the staff was vigorously vacuuming and cleaning the dining room as if they were closing soon. Asked the vacuumer when they close and it was not for another 3 hrs. Please wait until guests leave the area to clean! That was the most annoying sound!

I will never go this restaurant again. This restaurant was just one disaster after another. Bad service and bad food were the only consistent things about this place. The "manager" could offer no explanations for his lame restaurant and staff. He just stood there staring at us when we told him how unhappy we were with the whole experience. If I was in Burger King, I might understand his mentality, huge error made when hiring this man as a manager, no communication skills. This place is a big THUMBS DOWN!

have been meaning to send this email for a long time, but never seem to get around to doing it. However, I wish to voice my complaint of the odor that one smells as you enter the restaurant, which is so unappetizing that on my last visit I simply turned around and left and have not returned again because the odor was so unpleasant. I can not understand why no one has noticed this unpleasant smell of stale food, cooking oils and god only knows what else. Please I beg you to correct this problem as I am not the only one who notices it and as of a result do not attend your restaurant. In short the place stinks. Thank you. GH Palm Coast, Florida

I vowed I wouldn't return here after too many bad past experiences, but I reluctantly visited after being persuaded by family members. This experience, I must admit, was better than my past experiences, however, it still left much room for improvement. The place was not busy but service was still slow. It took forever just to get our water but the staff were friendly.

I ordered a lunch special of two mini turkey burgers with the salad bar. The salad bar items seemed fresh but everything lacked flavor. The potato and pasta salads lacked seasoning and even the veggies had no taste. The turkey burgers were small sliders and were okay. Again, not very well seasoned or flavored and overall tasteless. The fries were just like the store-bought frozen variety. Skimpy on the ketchup... they won't give you a bottle of ketchup, just a tiny little cup.

For $10 it was okay and although I found most items to be bland, it is a nice restaurant inside and if you're not in a rush you can have a reasonable lunch here.

This wasn't their night. Ordered the Cheddar Prime burger. Asked for it to be cooked Medium. At best, it was medium well really bordering on well done. I am not in the habit of sending food back, but when a member lf the staff came to the tables to bring refills, one was spilled on the table, one of our party's food, and lastly in the lap of one of the guests.. Had to ask them to remake the Cajun pasta that had soda spilled in it. Poor busboy.... was his first night. Management came over and apologized. Waiter had already told management that burger was overdone. The manager said he would get the redo on the pasta and the burger out in 4 minutes. Second burger came out about 10 minutes later, also Medium Well. Not happy. Management comp the pasta dish and the burger and gave us free cupcakes. Like I said before, not their night.

This place has become very tired. The atmosphere is dull and rank. Had to wait a while for someone to come out to greet and seat us even though it was not busy. Menus were tattered and torn and mine was barely held together. Salad bar was OK but pasta and potato salads lacked any flavor or seasoning. Our sandwiches were mushy and again lacked flavor. Drinking water tasted terrible! Our server was cheerful and efficient. Overall a very pitiful dining experience and it's disappointing to see a once reasonable restaurant become so bad.

Got sucked in by the free salad bar with one of 30 entrees staring at $9.95. What they don't tell you is that it does not apply to hamburger entrees even though some are over the required minimum. Food was not that great and salad bar very basic. Complained to corporate and never even got the courtesy of a response. Will never go back.

We had stayed away a long time due to an odd atmosphere in the bar. The help breaks in the bar, yes they take their breaks in the bar and stare at customers. We tried it the other day again and it was pretty good for what it is. I think it's time for a chainwide upgrade of decor and some healthier menu items. But for Palm Coast, it was ok. Oh, we sat in the dining room this time.

Went back the other night to try there so called "new" menu and the food was cold, service was slow, will never return to this place. I also complained about the food and the waiter offered me a free dessert, no thanks! I did not see a manager on duty walking the floor once! I wish Applebee's would take its place!
