Went to Outback last night for dinner. They should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered the 6oz filet and my husband ordered the large ribeye. I would be embarrassed to serve the filet to a customer. It was like they took a filet and sliced in in half and put it on a plate. There is no way it was 6oz. and they had the nerve to charge 18.99. The ribeye was inedible. When we spoke to the owner and told her how bad it was she apologized but made no correction to our bill until we requested one. Then she said she would split it with us.That was the wrong thing to do. So we will NEVER go back to Outback. I do not recommend this restaurant. If you want a great steak for an additional 10 dollars go to Ruth's Chris.

Went on Sunday 3/18/12 for late lunch. Was not very busy. Service was as good as it could be. Server knew the menu completely, well ,well trained. Manager stopped twice, also helpful. Meals were done right and good. Will be back. Price right with internet coupon.

Only at Outbacks a full rack of ribs is 8 bones, anywhere else a full rack is 14/15 bones. After talking to Paul (owner/manager) he gave the impression that was Corp and he could care less. Although the half rack I had was very tender and tasty the lack of customer service will prevent me from returning.

My husband and I eat there several times a month and really enjoy it. We also go several times a month just to sit at the bar and have a few drinks with friends. Last week I had the baked potato soup for the first time and it was awsome. My "new" favorite is fettucini with alfredo sauce and scallops. They are to "die for". We especially love Beth, Mossimo and Mike, they are friendly, courtious and very efficient. It is sort of like Palm Coast's "Cheers" bar.
For anyone to go there on New Years Eve with a table of 15 and want separate checks ...I say their expectations are "unreasonable" to say the least. I doubt under the circumstances, any restaurant could have done any better.

Really enjoy this Outback. Always get good service and excellent food. We eat at this Outback 2 or 3 times a month and have for the last several years. The quality and service is consistently good.

I was there with my family on 12/31/11. There were 15 of us we had split checks which seemed to be a problem for the staff. Our salads were wrong three times and my sons steak was ordered well done and came out burn, we sent it back and it was burned again we left it sitting on the table. When the bill came it was wrong I gave it back to the waitress and I still ended up paying for a salad and a blooming onion that I did not order. I am a waitress and I understand that you were busy, but there is no reason for food that is burned to come out of the kitchen I would think that when you have so many complaints a manager would come to the table but that did not happen.
Here is a list of what went wrong
1) two people ordered sweet tea but got unsweet waited 15 min to get what they ordered
2) one salad was ordered with ranch but came out with bl cheese, the second one was plain MAYO replaced the third time and was still wrong!!!!!
3) outback special 6oz burned twice and left on the table
4) bill was wrong!!
To top it of they brought three things of bread for 15 people and to get them to bring more was like pulling teeth!! Nice to know that a manager was on top of things. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Cannot believe Outback allows such a poor quality restaurant to be open under their name. Food is really bad, greasy, small portions, and tasteless. Since new manager owner took over, this place has gone downhill fast. Will not step through those doors again.
