I have been to this restaurant at least 5 times in the last year and was just there tonight 08/07/15. The first time was excellent the second and third time we had to wait a long time for our dine in dinner to be served. Tonight was very bad. I brought my entire family along with my two sisters who recently moved to Palm Coast. We got there at 6pm. and was surprised to see only see two other tables with patrons dining. We ordered some chicken fingers, a sub, along with one pasta dish. It took 1-1/2 hours in a non-air conditioned restaurant with a starving 4 year old to get our meals and to our disappointment the chicken fingers were so over cooked and dried out that we could not eat them. We told the waitress about the long wait and the over cooked chicken and asked if the owner was in tonight. To our surprise the owner never came out to speak to us and another disappointed table who was not happy with the service and food. Got our full bill delivered by our waitress paid and left.
Will not return and they lost not only one customer but my two sisters and their families business. Too bad it went down hill.
I will never order food any where else. At Giuseppe's you get what you ask for and a lot more. Especially when they deliver to your hotel room. I was impressed at the service over the phone, delivery person, price, and food. I didn't get my parmesan cheese but to be honest I didn't care. They bought me paper plates, cups for my 2 liter, extra napkins, & utensils. We will never order any where else. They have a lot of menu items to choose from so I will get something different ever time my boyfriend works at the Sea Ray plant. Being 3 hours away from Giuseppe's made me feel at home. Thank you Giuseppe's.
Been in town a week now and ordered my pizza 5 minutes before closing and Jamie was happy to help me. The pie was awesome with a crisp crust and ready on time. I am a believer in honest reviews and I will return for sure.
I am fairly new to the Flagler Beach area so have been trying most of the various local restaurants and beach bars. I was looking for a good take-out place for sub sandwiches and decided to try Guuseppe's as they have takeout as well as table service. When I went to the counter to order an Italian sub, the server did not know what that was so the owner had to explain it to her. They made me one as I ordered and when I ate it at home, it was the blandest thing I ever tasted. I don't know what brand of meat or cheese they use but it was not good. And it cost close to $10!
I decided to try their pizza a little later since they must be in business for some good reason. The pizza was just about as bad as the sub. Maybe sitting down inside and getting an Italian meal might be better but I'll never know because I'll never be back.
