We went quite late at night and felt like we were part of the cleaning crew! Sat for quite a while until being served. Tables and floor being cleaned while we ate so not very appetizing. I would of preferred they either wait until the restaurant is closed and the customers have left or turn us away. Food was quite good and server pleasant. I would advise avoiding later hours at this restaurant.

A few of went for lunch and occupied a large table. The menu selection is not great and mostly typical pub grub which isn't exactly my favorite. However, service was good and our food arrived at the same time which is nice for a large group. My salad was basic and nothing outstanding, but the rest of our party enjoyed their burgers and sandwiches. They all liked the seasoned fries. Prices not bad and overall if this is your thing then you'll enjoy it here.

Went in for a simple meal .Hamburger and chicken sandwich. Both were made wrong. Waitress took them back but did not remake. Just added and subtracted what was missing. Came back out cold. Was not even busy. Will not be back to this place.

My husband and I frequent Houligans. We are there at least once a week. The servers have always been pleasant and attentive. We are greeted within 5 minutes and drinks are served immediately. Orders are taken in a timely manner and the food is served quickly. The food is always hot and fresh. We love the fact that we can play Buzztime games/trivia during our visit. I would recommend Houligans to everyone. Superbowl football Sunday was awesome! Good job staff.

My wife and I go here for a very good hamburger. I prefer the Patty Melt and my wife does the Black and Bleu. Steamed vegetables at very tasty. Service was a very slow today. Couldn't figure out the reason because they were not busy at the time we dined. Atmosphere is typical sports bar. We don't visit often. It is my favorite stop in Palm Coast for my monthly delicious hamburger.

Nice bright and spacious place but has very uninspiring menu. Boring old usual sandwiches and pub grub items, although their burgers and wings are very good. Salads are dull. No healthy choices whatsoever. Prices good, service been lacking lately.

Not a place to go for a quiet meal out as it can get loud and distracting with TV's flashing everywhere. They have a limited menu but a good variety of sandwiches and their wings are very good. Good prices and the servers are mostly excellent but have had a couple that would disappear on us.

Stopped by for a late dinner. Place has good atmosphere with nice big comfortable booths. Nothing too exciting on the menu with all the standard pub grub type items such as wings, burgers, sandwiches, etc. I had a BBQ pulled pork sandwich which was quite good. The pork seemed more like it was just cooked in a sauce and not slow smoked, but it was tasty. Server was on the ball and prices are reasonable. TVs everywhere keep you entertained. Looking over to where they have tables I noticed a lot of food underneath, so they need to keep up on that. Overall a good place to eat and I will go back.
