I placed an order for delivery tonight at 6:08 pm. At 7:15 i didn't get my order yet so i called to check on the order. At that point they told me that they are very busy and will have the food out in 30 minutes. When i tried to cancel at this point they wouldn't accept that i was trying to cancel and tried to talk me down to another 20 minutes then 10 minutes. Finally they agreed to cancel my order and not charge my account. I checked my credit card online statement and there is still a charge from them for the order. Now I'm going to have to spend time making sure my account is not charged. Worst delivery service I've ever had.

We ordered a selection of dishes for the family to share last Saturday night. Service was OK and reasonably quick, but the food was nothing exceptional. Although we had a variety of dishes they basically all tasted the same. They were also way too sweet! Portions are large though and relatively good value. Location very bad! But for flavor I'll keep searching for a better restaurant.

Not very keen on the location but the service and food make up for the shortcomings. The food is mostly very good although some dishes like the General Tso's is just so sweet it's almost like a kids meal. Ask for spicy and it comes the same regardless so really have to make the point clear. Overall though the best Chinese in the area but short of perfect.

The fact that they deliver is amazing. There's only one other Chinese restaurant in Flagler County that delivers, named "Great Wall" and it's horrible!! I always order from King Palace. They are very fast and the food is great and always consistent. I love the General Tso' Chicken and I always ask for it to be "not spicy". The chicken meatballs are also a household favorite, along with pretty much anything we order!! The prices are very reasonable with good size portions. They don't give any problems or charge extra if you want to substitute your soda for an egg roll or visa versa! I give this place an A+ without a doubt.

Called in order and it was ready when I arrived. Service was very friendly and portion sizes are very generous. The building is kind of run down and deserted but staff are inviting. Food was delicious! Prices seem to of risen lately though. In my opinion the best tasting Chinese food in Palm Coast.

If you didn't know this place was here you would drive past. There is barely a visible indication that there's a restaurant in the building and I always thought it was abandoned. It's not a very inviting environment but their food from what I've had is very good. We ordered a few items for the family and I had the Dragon and Phoenix combination dinner which had great flavors. They give you more than enough food to share around and we got free soup too. Prices very fair and overall the best Chinese food we have found here so far.

All these Chinese takeout places are all churning out almost the same dishes as each other with almost no variations of the menu. Prices are all comparable too with similar oversized portions. But I think King Palace does it slightly better that the others. They have the edge on flavor and more their meats more tender and better cooked, but like the others though, I find several dishes way too sweet. I'd also like to see more healthier options on the menu as they are mostly very unhealthy. Service is friendly but the location here is not very nice.

Food comes out hot and tasty, and you get generous portions. We order here every time we want Chinese Food. In the past, we have ordered, General Tso (very spicy), Sweet and Sour Chicken, Won Ton Soup, Hot and Sour Soup, Mapo Tofu, Beef Lo Mein, Chicken Meatballs and we have been satisfied with each order.

Ordered a few dishes for family to share and some were great while others not so good. The not so good ones were mostly because they were too gloppy and very sweet! The Garlic Shrimp had very good flavor and was by far the best dish. Will order from here again but will be more selective. The girl serving was very nice but the location leaves something to the imagination.

The family wanted King Palace for dinner this evening. We called to order and there was no answer but a few minutes later they called me back and asked if I'd like to place an order. We ordered a selection of dishes which all tested good but some were hard to differentiate from each other. The Sesame Chicken and General Tso's tasted exactly the same as did the Chicken with Mixed Veg and Chicken with Garlic Sauce. The woman serving was nice and thanked us often. The combo meals were only $7.50 so are a great bargain. We have plenty left over for tomorrow!
