I really liked the atmosphere in here. It's very nicely decorated with relaxing lighting and staff are all very welcoming and happy to serve you. The menu is similar to most sushi restaurants and you won't find many unique or very creative items. The sushi rolls we ordered were okay and the best one we had was the complimentary house rolls they provided when seated. The miso soup was very good though. There aren't too many sushi choices in this part of town so Fancy Sushi fills the gap, but I can definitely find better restaurants elsewhere.

Staff here are all very friendly and all greet you when you enter. The decor is nice relaxing but not sure about the Christmas type snowflake and icicle lights all around the edges. The sushi selection seems a little limited to me and prices on some items high. Their soup is good and some rolls were very good and others quite bland. I had an Atlantic Roll which had no flavor at all and even the rice seemed unseasoned. Overall, it's a nice place but much better sushi options in Palm Coast.

Fancy Sushi is a small but nice place to visit. The atmosphere is contemporary, calm, and warm, and the staff is very friendly.

The selection of sushi is a nice selection, yet it is not too overwhelming. The fish is very fresh, and the food is served in a very attractive manner.

Every meal comes with a bowl of soup and a small house salad with ginger or ranch dressing. The ginger dressing is very delicious. The meals are often served with the house holiday roll, which are almost divine. The Holiday roll is some sort of fried crab roll with a sweet, yet savory sauce and sesame seeds.

The restaurant has other dishes aside from sushi, and they are very well presented, tasty and fresh.

The cost of Fancy Sushi food is reasonable; however, some rolls do seem small.

Fancy Sushi is a very nice place to go with some good food. We love it!

Nice people, nice place and the food tastes good but the tiniest maki rolls I have ever seen. Kawa and Thai Korner has much better sushi and much more variety of different foods for those who don't like sushi.

This is a nice little place with a sophisticated but friendly atmosphere. Staff were very nice and every member greeted us as we were shown to our table. We ordered lunch specials of 2 rolls which were freshly made. The salad was small and basically just some iceburg with a dressing that was tasty. The soup was very good. There wasn't much of a choice for sushi on the specials menu and they were all very basic. But the free sample rolls they gave us were fantastic and I'd like to have just an order of those! All in all though a very nice lunch as a reasonable price. Service was excellent throughout.

My family and I visited for lunch today and we thought it was very good. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and were excellent with our 4 year old. Immediately on seating we were bought soup and complimentary holiday sushi rolls. We all had the sushi lunch special which included a choice of 2 sushi rolls, soup and salad. The ginger dressing on the salad was the best and the rolls were all excellent. The kid's meal was also very good and was more than he could eat. The restaurant is impeccably clean and is very inviting and comfortable. We were all very happy with our experience here and will be back again.
