Came from Orlando with my friends and friends from Portugal and was very happy we found this little cozy atmosphere. The bread was out of this world. Love the warm "pão de avo" which was The first time I had this bread and not the last . Friends had a variety of pasties and the coffee was delicious. Can't wait to come back and enjoy not only the food but the atmosphere. Loved how different nationalities came together in one place all enjoying each other.
Finally an authentic bakery in Palm Coast. I wish this bakery was bigger. Everyone is finding out about this little bakery and the lines are long and the few tables are full. It is so nice to be able to sit down and have a cappuccino and a delicious pastry. And I mean delicious. The have all different pastries, cakes, pies, breads and the best Portuguese rolls. I can't forget the coffee and tea. It's hard not to come here every morning but I have to watch the waistline.
When it first opened, they were delicious. But about 6 months ago, their baked pastries have a stale and refrigerator taste. I've tried different ones and its on all of the cakes, éclair etc. When I said something nicely the owner denied the pastries not being stale and was rude. I gave them another chance recently and my husband and I had to pit it out. Otherwise their bread, egg custard and sandwiches are still good but I think it's because it is forced to be fresh. Very dissatisfied.
