The Food was great. The service at the front desk. rude, rude, rude. He is always on his cell phone. I never get the food right away when it comes out of the kitchen. He makes me sit there and wait while he is on his cell phone. Overall I feel like cattle being herded in for slaughter. He could care less about his customer!
The manager at the order desk for phone orders was extremely rude and argumentative with me.
This issue arose after he misunderstood and doubled my order. I graciously accepted and paid
anyway because I was a long standing customer. When I asked him to verify next time he
insisted that I ordered two (which I never did) and offered no apology. He stood there insisting
I was wrong, even though I am a good customer. He should have said thank-you for taking the order.
This was not the first time there were mistakes that they do not correct. As a paying customer, I was shocked at his behavior. I will not recommend or patronize again.
Really great food on a large order. Triple Delight, boneless spareribs, poo-poo platter, everything was cooked perfectly with delicious flavor. We've dined here since they opened and they remain on top of their game. The guy at the register does a great job and if you give him a chance he is friendly. Besides that, he's on the ball and gets the orders right.
The reason why I love this place because it has the best Chinese food in Palm Coast and they offer something special that others don't have, such as lobster, flounder, crispy duck and so on. Service is great there, too. Very effective workers especially the one behind the register, all you want is fast and correct service, I don't underhand what to complaint when he actually saves you a lot of time on dealing w long line. I'll def come back today w my family.
I order to take out all the time from this place, extremely effective workers especially the guy who takes my order and works as the cashier! He takes my order correctly every single time and by the time I get there it's always ready for me to pick up and leave. And he even knows my order when he sees my phone num calling in. Very effective.
The only thing I don't like this place is there is a kid of the owner who's always everywhere in the restaurant and doesn't even greet at all when people talk to him instead he screams, unprofessional.
Since this place opened we always ate there, but since having children we rarely eat out anymore. We decided to get Chinese Food to go and went to our "usual" place. I called and told the man that I would like to place an order and looked online at their menu. I guess because I said "uh" he told me to call back when I was ready and hung up on me.....very rude imo. But since we haven't tried any other place I called back. I should not have. Anyway we drove the 9 miles to get the food and when we returned home our order was not correct. We ordered 2 combination dinners and only received one and something else. I called and complained and they wanted me to come back and return the food but it was getting close to our children's bedtime and with the gas prices at 3.50 a gallon it wasn't worth it, I would eat what they gave me. They would only give me 1/2 off my correct meal another time. It was their mistake, they should make the client happy. They failed doing that.
I went there on a very hot summer day bought 2 lunch and 4 sodas, while waiting for my order I asked the manager for a glass of water and he told me "NO" that the water was only for eat-in customers. Sorry to say after I told him how bad their customer service was and other things. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER, I THINK IT SUCKS!........ I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SH*T HOLE TO ANYBODY
Ordered take out from Bamboo Creek last night and it was exactly what was expected - ready and warm when I got there, delicious apps and saucy chicken. Portion sizes are solid - we fed four adults and three children with three entrees and two apps and had plenty left over.
This is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Dishes looked like trash and services were horrible. I ordered some fry dumplings and the stuffing inside was cold. The general t'sao chicken were a dish of flour, it looked really big, but actually they were all flour with only a small piece of chicken. I can't believe that dish of flour would cost me $10. I will not go back to that place again. That was my worst experience in a Chinese restaurant.
Bamboo Creek is the only Chinese restaurant we go to, and we order a lot of food for our five person family. We have always been impressed at the accuracy of the orders, and when we order (we live about 15-20 min away), our food is always ready as soon as we get there.
The staff is generally very friendly and helpful; however, if the place is super busy with to-go orders and with dine-ins, they tend to be rather quiet, yet available.
The environment is calming and nice. It's not over-done with the red and black and gold-plated dragons.
The food is very tasty and the vegetables are also very fresh. We love this Chinese restaurant, and so far, it is our favorite one.
