Favorite dish is Coconut Shrimp. The manager Lorissa is excellent at doing whatever she could to make your experience the best.

My wife grew up in CT on Main lobsters. She can tell just by looking at a lobster what the weight is within about an ounce. So when we went her we told the waiter that we would not want anything less than 1 1/4lb. He assured us that they never sell one less and that all the lobsters in the tank were live and 1 1/4lb. We told him not to lie to us. If less than we would choose something else. He again assured us. What he brought was clearly 2 - 1lb lobsters. My wife immediately told him that he lied and these were less than the 1 1/4 he promised. He insisted they were and brought over the manager who agreed with him. Instead of offering something else he said he would make it up by giving us a $20.00 gift certificate to use the next time. Why not take it off this time or offer something else. It was the most disappointing lobster dinner we ever had. We told him to keep the gift certificate, as we would never come back to this Red Lobster again. We are used to eating lobsters that weigh 1 ¼ - 2 lbs. and really do know the weight. When we buy them in the store we tell them to drain the water before weighing. If they did this, they would have found them to be far less in weight.

I love fried shrimp and was eager to go to Red Lobster. They were horrible! Overcooked and tasted like they were from the freezer section from the local grocery store. No, the ones from the grocery store would be better than those! So disappointed! Don't know if I am willing to give them a second chance.

Red Lobster has definitely improved its menu and offers much better items than the last time I visited. Our table of 5 ordered different dishes each and all were very good. Service was friendly but she seemed a little confused with wrong dishes, forgetting drinks, requests, etc. Overall though a good meal.

Well, we dine out 3 X's a week and one is always Red Lobster (NOT ANYMORE!!!) we invited our next door neighbors; sat at the bar and had a drink while our table was ready for us 4. Very nice hostess that sat us; but the waitress! OMG. We ordered appetizers, our salad came and the oil and vinegar holder was so dirty I couldn't use my hand till it was cleaned where is the waitress? We needed drinks, Where is our waitress? Need cocktail sauce, need lemon, need drinks, Could someone please get our waitress!!! She comes to the table and is all about clearing the table!! I said 3 times I am not done! She remained at the table then and wanted to clean clear it almost for spite! So I began to give her everything (here take it) but I wasn't done her remarks were mumbled and the only thing we all heard was WOW! WOW! it was that time I decided we had our diner killed! By this waitress that thought she was in charge of us our table and food! No matter weather it came out wrong or right if we needed items or not if we were complaining of items being clean and needed cloth to wash our hands; this spoiled our diner we could not eat anymore. But we were expected to pay for this WE DID but never again!

What really set's this restaurant back is the inconsistency in its food. Not sure if they have a high rotation of kitchen staff or not but it seems like dishes are not cooked the same each time. Servers are professional and friendly and most seem eager to ensure good service. Prices can be high some dishes a little skimpy for the cost. Worth visiting for specials if food is cooked correctly.

Not very big by typical Red Lobster standards but nicely decorated in dark wood and usual nautical theme. Service was reasonably good but we did have a couple of periods where the server disappeared for a long time. She never bought out our biscuits either until I reminded her after our entrees were served! Food was about average and not as good as hoped. The calamari appetizer was good, but my fish and chips were not very impressive. The fish was a good size but the batter was heavy and greasy and the chips were like limp fast food French fries. I'm sure there is better seafood to be found in the area than this place. Left disappointed.
