This was a very interesting experience! There used to be a restaurant in Flagler Beach called Almond Blossoms that had similar food that I always wanted to try but never did, so when I saw this place I thought I'd try it. They basically serve food that is raw and live which they clearly have a passion for and love sharing with others. I could never be a vegan but always open to new food ideas so I ordered a salad called The Kitchen Sink which can be best described as very interesting. Apart from some veggies I'm not too sure what everything was, but it was a large portion and surprisingly tasty. It was also very filling and I liked the Walnut Toona (sp?). I can't say if the health benefits are everything that are claimed, but I'm sure it did me far more good than the KFC lunch buffet!
