I am from up north and moved to palm coast about 4 years ago. I very rarely are pizza when I moved here because I couldn't find anything that compared to the delicious pizza we had in Pennsylvania. When Sami's opened I decided to give it a try but expected it to be just like all the other pizza places around town (boring,overrated, and over sauced) but man was I wrong! Sami's has the best pizza I have had since I moved down south and without a doubt is the best pizza in town! The chicken wing pizza is absolutely delicious and is my all time favorite. Now with the pizza being amazing I decided lets try the subs and once again I was blown away! The cheesesteak both steak and chicken are pure perfection and just last week I tried the Veal parm sub that made me dying for more! I would highly highly recommend Sami's to anyone that like amazing pizza, subs, and all around great service! Thank you Sami's for making a pizza that a northerner like me thought I couldn't get down south!!
We went there last night for the first time (ashamed to say I did not know they were there, just happened to stumble on the place). The food was great, loved the garlic knots and the service was good. I did not mind the loudness, since the place was VERY busy, which says a lot for them.
Heard people raving about this place so we decided to give it a shot since we cannot find any good pizza in Palm Coast since Bubba and Giani's closed. First impression was that they don't have a website or Facebook page. In 2014, if a business doesn't have a FREE Facebook page, much less a website, their business does not have a plan. I see this as pure laziness. I called to order, got a bunch of "yups" and I couldn't tell if the girl was telling me about my delivery time or talking to the person in the background. Ok, I'll let that slide...it's a Saturday night and I'm sure they are busy. The only reason they got any points from us was because the delivery boy found our house in less than the quoted time. Pizza was soggy and flavorless. Sauce was watery. Garlic knots tasted like the Pillsbury bread you buy in a tube at the grocery store.Very disappointed and sadly, we would have been better off ordering Domino's.
Called to order for pick up. Employee who answered phone. Was completely rude, acted more like I was wasting her time.. We have ate at Sami's inside several times. Each time there was some type of service issue.. the food is great but service wise is horrible. They really need to invest in some more experienced , pleasant and helpful employees.
Tonight was our first time ordering Togo, will never order again as I read past reviews I am surprised the owner has not done something with management or wait staff employees. Please hire better service.
It is unfortunate that I have to continue ordering from this place because their customer service is horrible. I just got off the phone with the lady who answered the phone and her response was "What do you want?" It was followed up with comments like, "We can't do that...wait a minute I have never heard of that." She answered no to orders without checking first if they had the item. I am originally from the Northeast, New Jersey in particular so I know that dreadful New York\New Jersey reputation follows us in many places, but there is no reason to bring it down here in a place as new as this establishment. Don't get me wrong I have to keep ordering from it until I found another pizzeria, I just hate being subjected to such rude and crude behavior.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this complaint concerning this posting. I was the manager on duty during the time this customer called and in fact helped my co-worker find out what the customer wanted to order. The customer that called on the phone was requesting an item that is not listed on the menu and all employees are trained to have full knowledge of items listed on the menu, not special requests. This particular employee told the customer that he was requesting something that was not on the menu and that this establishment does not make that item but she would still ask the manager on duty which was me at the time. I approved the substitution of the item on the entree and the employee asked what the customer what he would like substituted and this customer did not know what he wanted substituted, so we kindly made a suggestion to cater to the customers special request. We are upset that this particular customer felt that the service was under par but our employees are trained to master our menu not special requests.
