Visited this Palm Coast location for first time on June 15th. Had new strawberry lemonade smoothie which was really yummy! Store was very clean, people were pleasant and food was tasty too. Had new BBQ flat bread. I would recommend going there to my friends and family. I've been to other TSC locations and think this store goes out of its way to make the customer happy. Try the lemonade smoothies!

I went to Tropical Smoothie the other day. I ordered 3 smoothies. By the Way it cost me fifteen dollars for three smoothies. The cost was not the problem.When I got outside I tasted my smoothie, it tasted like the fruit was spoiled and I could not drink it at all. I tried it like four times. My sixteen year old daughter's was OK and my son's was not too bad. Mine just didn't taste good so my daughter tasted it and said, Mom why don't you take it back and let them know it is not good and you just can't drink it. I did that. When I went in and told them this is what he said to me. I did not request money back, I just wanted another smoothie that was edible and able to drink. He told me that it was against his policy and that if I wanted another smoothie made, I would have to pay for another one. He could not make me a new one and replace the one that did not taste good. Is he kidding me? For five dollars a smoothie and it tasted awful, this is the way he does business. So, for all of you folks who are on vacation, I recommend you never go to this place, it is terrible.

I work in a restaurant and owned one. When a customer does not like something, you do everything you can to please them. I guess because he charges so much for a smoothie, the owner can rob people. This place is so over rated. Give me a break. Don't ever go there.

Visited family in Palm Coast recently. My boyfriend and I went to Tropical Smoothie for lunch. Food was fresh and delicious!! We don't have these stores in my hometown, so it was nice to try something different. I had the king caesar wrap and a mango smoothie. He had a chipotle chicken flatbread and a carrot smoothie (yes, it had carrots in it!). Everything was really tasty. Staff was nice and smiled alot. I was told they had new owners who bought the store recently. The place was clean and pleasant. TV was on and nice tropical music was playing. Overall great experience. Would recommend to anyone wanting something different from fast food, subs or pizza!!!
