I placed an order for delivery tonight at 6:08 pm. At 7:15 i didn't get my order yet so i called to check on the order. At that point they told me that they are very busy and will have the food out in 30 minutes. When i tried to cancel at this point they wouldn't accept that i was trying to cancel and tried to talk me down to another 20 minutes then 10 minutes. Finally they agreed to cancel my order and not charge my account. I checked my credit card online statement and there is still a charge from them for the order. Now I'm going to have to spend time making sure my account is not charged. Worst delivery service I've ever had.
