Wasn't really impressed when I ordered from there a month ago. I was not impressed at all. There a definitely some better places in Bunnell than this one. |

I visited Melissa's sub shop a few months ago taking a lunch break from my job that is right down the street the courthouse. I ordered a steak sub,Oh my God how terrible the taste. The mayo was sour. I brought it to the owners attention she somewhat agreed with me and apologize. So she threw it out and placed a fresh container of mayo and offered me another type sandwich. I said no thank you. I was sharing this with other friends and co-workers they tell me never to go there again because of the bad experiences they've had there. |

What a wonderful place! Great Jamaican food - Oxtail and the Curried Goat are delicious. Then I realized they had subs too! They are good but I just can't wait to go back again for the Oxtail with a side of Plantains, Peas and Rice. Good prices too! I can't say it enough - this is a place you really need to try out. |

Enjoyed lunch there twice in the past month. First time had their curried goat, second time had their oxtail. Both were terrific. Served with rice and beans, and plantains, just down home good.
Would I go back? You bet! Probably tomorrow! New owners last winter (didn't know the old ones) are just the nicest people. They make you feel like you're a friend who came into their kitchen. Sure they have Subs, but their Jamaican food is the best ! Clean, friendly, delicious, are words which come to mind! Give them a try! |

I used to go their to pick up lunch for my boss and I and the first two times were good. Then it changed! We would order the same item and somehow it was never the same. The food quality had gone down hill. |

Went there in September. It's right around the corner of my job. Thought I'd save gas, but what a mistake. The store smelled of fried fish. Then I tried a Philly steak. It had so many spices in it my stomach was turning over when I got back to work. It tasted like it was reheated because it looked a squashed sub. Never again! |
