What's going on? It seems different here lately! My food was not as tasty and they loaded it with spicy chili when I only asked for medium. I could barely take it! Also the service doesn't seem very happy to be serving. This was always my favorite restaurant in Palm Coast and I hope this isn't the start of a decline. |

It is the best Thai food ever... The owner is the always happy and remembers you when you return. I have been there many times. I wasn't there for about 2 months and when I returned, he remembers my dish that I like. I even change a couple of things in the dish and he remembers. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants their money worth and a fantastic meal! |

Absolutely super, authentic food. The place is spotless. The menu is extensive and everything is prepared and served perfectly. It is really one of those out of the way secrets for out of towner's to discover. As others mentioned, the one glitch is the inconsistent attitude of the owner. He is usually quite pleasant but every now and then he turns almost postal. The staff is pleasant but they always seem to be looking over their shoulder. They can't make any decisions so don't embarrass them by asking. Just motion the owner over. He is usually very accommodating and after one little incident he and I have become friendly. That incident would normally have sent me walking but the food is SO good, I'm glad it was resolved. |

Visited for dinner tonight (7/27) and found everything to be very good. My wife had a yellow curry which she very much enjoyed and I had a salmon dish that was excellent. Service was very attentive but could do with smiling more. Atmosphere is good but needs warming up a little. Overall the food was excellent and we'll visit again. |

Thai by Thai is my favorite restaurant in Palm Coast! I visit here at least once a week and have never been disappointed. The food flavors, portions and service are always excellent and consistent. Prices are very reasonable and their specials are worth checking out. |

I have been regularly visiting to Thai by Thai for over 5 years and I have never known a more consistent restaurant. Servers have changed but always remain equally as efficient and the food never deviates. It's always hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Prices are excellent as well and although the dining area is very simple, it's clean and inviting. |

William's experience below was very similar to ours! We went to go to Kokoro and they were closed so we went here instead. We too were cautious at first and after a really fantastic meal we became fans as well. The food was hot, very flavorful, quick and service bought us everything without asking. A good find and we'll be back often. |

I nearly walked out of this joint! My wife and I entered mid afternoon and it was empty with some guy at the counter who just beckoned us to sit anywhere. He brought the menus over and took our drink orders. We sat thinking we made a mistake coming in and though about leaving, but at that point he returned and told us about a special. It sounded good so I had that and my wife had a salmon dish. We waited for the food in awkward kind of silence in there and although the food probable only took 10 minutes to arrive, it seemed like forever. All I can say about the food is that it was freakin' awesome! I don't know what my "special" was called but it was so delicious I didn't want it to end. The flavors were fantastic and I'll never forget them. My wife raved about her salmon too. Apart from being very spicy for medium, this was one of the best meals I've ever had. So glad we didn't walk out. I rated the atmosphere 2 stars because it really doesn't match or compliment the food and it nearly lost us a great dining experience. |

Thai By Thai was recommended to us by the hotel while visiting Palm Coast for the Memorial weekend. We stopped in for an early lunch and were the only ones there. The manager was very polite and made some recommendations and suggested some specials not on the menu. My wife had a modified Pad Thai which she loved and I had a suggested special which was a fish dish with a spicy ginger sauce that was really delicious. I wish we could take this restaurant home with us! |

This really is a great restaurant. I can't argue about how authentic it is but I can tell you everything I've had in there has been delicious with very reasonable prices. Service is spot on but place could do with some cheering up. Check it out for yourself! |

I was a little concerned when i first walked in here. It's a little plain looking and there was only one other table occupied so I didn't think it was too popular. I ordered soup and a curry dish and the soup arrived with minutes. By the time I had finished it (which was delicious BTW) I noticed the restaurant had nearly filled up! My curry arrive shortly after and it was awesome! Great flavor, nice and spicy, and a good sized portion for only $7.95! The dining room was now full and I can see why. It's a truly great find. |

Couldn't agree more with most of the other reviewers. The food is out of this world and service always top notch. Only thing lacking is the decor being outdated and tired looking. Chairs are wonky too and I sometimes have to sit very still in fear of falling LOL |

Well, it looks like I'm a member of the Thai By Thai fan club too! There aren't many restaurants in this town I frequent like Thai By Thai and I'm not the only one, as every visit I make I see familiar faces in there. Consistently good food, fast service and always check the specials. Sometimes he has some amazing creations. |

Ate here for lunch on Saturday and the food was awesome. I had some kind of curry and my wife had the Pad Thai. Mine was spicy and full of flavor. The Pad Thai had plenty of nice vegetables and wasn't just all noodles. Service was extremely on the ball and my only complaint is the that the chairs felt like they were about to collapse. This is a very simple place with simple decor, but the food is really incredible. |

Without question the best restaurant in Palm Coast. Not fancy. Not particularly comfortable. But the food is amazing and service fast. You'll never have to ask for refills and food arrives very quickly. Everything is so delicious. |

Awesome restaurants! Nothing fancy and it could use few newer decorations and coat of paint, but the food far from makes up for it. The "specials" are outstanding as well as their Thai favorites. Service always very attentive. |

My family has been going to Thai by Thai since it opened and I can't say enough wonderful things about the food, owner, staff and service. It is our families most favorite place to eat. We are sadly moving to Jacksonville, but will be back every Saturday to eat with our very special friends. Thank you so much for making eating at your restaurant such a family tradition. |

This is my very favorite restaurant in Flagler County. It is a winner every time I go. The owner of the restaurant is kind enough to cater to special needs for example; I don't like to eat too much white rice so in my favorite meal he has the cook add more bean noodles and cuts out the rice. I don't eat much meat so he easily substitutes tofu. Never a problem. He always makes suggestions when there is something special in the kitchen and I always let him surprise me. Those have been some of the best meals. The consistency of this place has every where else beat. |

Had an amazing lunch here this last weekend. The owner offered us two specials both of which were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Service was excellent and prices very reasonable. I highly recommend Thai By Thai. |

I used to enjoy this place and went as often as I can. As a Realtor, I have brought clients in here because we enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the food, although not Thai authentic in most respect, is decent enough. The last time I went will be the last time I'd go, however. The owner has an attitude problem and it's quite embarrassing for me and my clients to have experienced his arrogant attitude. No matter how good the food is, or the waiters are, there's no reason why this male owner, who's always present at the counter, should be so obnoxious as to show arrogance in a family restaurant. He used to be nice and friendly in the beginning but it seems that as his customer count increases, his manners deteriorates. Sad... but I shall not be coming back. |

I have 7 and 10 year old sons and this is the only place in town they want to eat when we go out. The food and service are second to none. The owner is friendly and takes great pride in his food and service. We've eaten here since it opened and will always be loyal and grateful customers. |

Fantastic! Not a particularly fancy restaurant with just basic seating and decor, but it definitely serves some great food. Was offered a special dish that was not on the menu and it was incredible! Prices are very reasonable too! Can't wait to go back again. |

We gave it a nice long rest and tried it again the other day. Pretty much the same deal; smallish portions, service is ok, not terrific. Same deal as before with the protein products, they could be a lot fresher. It's cheap but there are other alternatives now that are much better here and in St Augustine and Ormond. The Pad Thai at Sakura blows Thai by Thai's away, as do the spring rolls at Red Sphere. We wouldn't bother again. Seems like a nice owner, good luck to him. There's a niche for everyone. |

I have gone to Thai by Thai numerous times. Every time I go, something is always wrong with either the service or the meal. They have forgotten the meat on my meal, after overcharging me six dollars for the wrong dish. While the owner was unwilling to admit to his mistake in person, he later called and promised a discount next time I came in. However, when I tried to use the discount, he claimed not to owe me anything. The last time I attempted to order from them, the owner took my order and hung up on me THREE times before I was finished placing my order, in the end I cancelled the order, and realized while their food is good, it doesn't outweigh the terrible service and work ethic I have continually received from them. |

I absolutely love this place! My favorite dish is the chicken Pad Thai! mmmmmm, I love it! I would recommend it to everyone. Although, my husband is not a big fan of it (anymore) I think I made him have it toooo much! I will continue to go though!
